“The first man was attacked in Downsell Road, Leyton, east London, at about 1730 BST on Thursday. Four people have been arrested in connection with death. About three hours later police were called to St David’s Court in Walthamstow where a man with a fatal stab wound was found.
A police spokesman said the two deaths were not being linked at this stage.
No-one has been arrested in connection with the Walthamstow stabbing.
Formal identifications and post-mortems are due to take place on both bodies later.”
