Could this be Trevor Phillips worst political blunder?

Could this be Trevor Phillips worst political blunder?

I must say that I not always agree with what George Pitcher of the Daily Telegraph writes about, but today with few exceptions he wrote one of his best pieces of political analysis. He plainly put forward the question: Could Trevor Phillips attempt to damage the BNP be Trevor Phillips’ worst political  blunder?

I know from verifiable sources that Trevor Phillips is the totality of the Equality and Human Rights Commission. His management style has led to the resignation of several of his collaborators that say that Mr. Phillips is very often not just his own man, but the only man who is ‘always right’.

Should the ruling of the Court stand, what it basically means is that the State, the established Churches, the Police, the Armed Forces and anybody else who discriminates against BNP members could effectively be taken to Court, thus living the doors wide open for any member of the BNP to join whichever organization they might want to join and take part in any debate they might want to join.

The Chinese saying says ‘where there is danger, there is opportunity’.  Once again this could be Trevor Phillips’ greatest blunder and the BNP could end up having to thank Mr. Phillips for such helpful cooperation, but this also shows that the BNP has an open mind and is ready and willing to learn even from the worst mistakes of its political opponents.

Labour’s electoral myths are falling one after another. For a long time, Labour has presented itself as the champion of ethnic minorities. Now, even in Lambeth of all places, Labour councillors are leaving the Labour Party, expressing publicly that Labour has let them down.

Yesterday, during the BBC Question Time programme, Jack Straw was under fire, severely criticized by an Asian Conservative Representative and a black gentleman from the audience that accused the Labour government of complete failure when it comes to putting an end to flood immigration that is one of the most serious concerns of ethnic and non ethnic communities in Britain.

The cynic in me (and how can you be anything else in this day and age) feels that the resignations Labour are now suffering are down to personal survival, it’s rats leaving a sinking ship or more to the point changing ships. Many of them know full well that they won’t be holding onto their positions at any level of government if they stay as Labour, many are becoming independent candidates in order to keep their noses in the trough. Labour have been absolutely vile and repugnant for years but only now these people, those intentional destroyers of society, decide to jump ship claiming Labour has let them now – sorry but I’m not buying!!!

A friend of mine recently went to a local Tory meeting, laughably only seven people turned up. When he left he called me and said now I really do know that these people really are entirely in it for personal gain and couldn’t give a dam about society.
