Croydon welcomes Home 2nd Rifles

British people welcome home our brave and gallant soldiers with ‘Victory Parade’ through Croydon. Shame no rifles and fixed bayonets.

    The only way to sort this afgan/ taliban problem out is with old fashioned field army's one american, one european, and one pakistan army.
    The army's would be 100-000 strong each, each army would be comprised of 2corp's, in each corp's would be 3 infantry divisions supported by light/field artillery, plus ground attack aircraft ie.
    ,planes/helecopters.
    IT would be all over in 6months.

      I beg to differ on this one because we should pull our troops out and let the Americans and their other handrags sort it out between them.This war has nothing whatsoever to do with us it is purely to sustain America's way of life.This has been another case of when America shouts s–t the British government do as they are told by their American masters and jump on the shovel.I don't know who is worse Europe or America with their one hundred and fifty six bases in our country but the sooner we get rid of both of them and just have them as trading partners the better.
