I would hope that a BNP government will cut out much of the useless, politically correct bureaucracy that keeps coppers off the street and give them the freedom to arrest and lock up the yobbos, while keeping Francis Jones' initiatives alive and working in high crime areas. But I'm not surprised that a victimised population seeks to protect itself any way it can. New Labour beggars absolute belief. It has wantonly let all manner of verminous youngsters grow up to be the most lawless and vicious thugs imaginable, then they blanket the entire population with the same threat of punishment because things have gotten out of hand. As a victim of crime as well as a limpy judicial system myself, I don't find that too hard to believe. Especialy as I vaguely remember reading about the EU using this kind of environment as a vehicle to bring in its own Stalinist police force.
