Obama sneaks an “Enabling Act” in under the radar.

Obama sneaks an “Enabling Act” in under the radar.

Any of you out there like Sherlock Holmes?

Well I have a little puzzle for you. “When you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains – however improbable – must be the truth.”

If our esteemed leaders passed an amendment in Parliament altering a standing Act in a moment when ones attention was distracted by something that gave the opportunity “hide bad news”  without a vote or discussion amongst MPs, what would you think?

Might they be worried the plebeians could get to hear about something iffy? (Not much chance of the plebs finding out from our MSM.) But in America exactly that scenario has been played out.  POTUS  (Obama) has amended an Act of 1983 from the time of Regan, he has removed one sentence and inserted another from an amending order.

“Amending Executive Order 12425.”

(c) Property and assets of international organizations, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be immune from search, unless such immunity be expressly waived, and from confiscation. The archives of international organizations shall be inviolable.

Now this might not appear to have any important repercussions to the US, but if we follow it to its logical conclusion then it must be beyond argument that INTERPOL has diplomatic immunity, not only from local Police, but State, and Federal forces; and by extension FBI, CIA, and all other  forces of law. America does not know what is going to hit it.

Now I come to the crux of the matter.  We are in the same position as America, not so much a threat from INTERPOL but from another force altogether EUROGENFOR  http://www.eurogendfor.org/ . Now INTERPOL has a world wide reach, but EGF is at the moment only restricted to Europe; but, and here is the connection!!!!

EGF has the same immunity from prosecution, and enjoys the same diplomatic rights as INTERPOL, neither officers of EGF or their families are liable to UK law. This makes them an autonomous mercenary force at the beck and call of the powers that be, allowed to carry arms without authority, unregulated by the laws of any EU country they are operating in. So while the American people slept and Obama rewrote a Constitutional amendment order, so did the idiots of our country sleep while the EU, our traitors in Parliament and the House of Lords slipped under our noses Acts of treason, and in so doing passed our Sovereignty to an unelected group of bureaucrats in Brussels.

Now join the dots….

Sadly, most Brits will look at this and have no idea of the implications, that foreign, armed police can operate in this country, seize whoever they wish under a EUropean arrest warrant and deport them to stand trial for crimes which are not even crimes in this country.
For example, say something unpleasant about Islam after Turkey Joins and you can be whisked off to a Turkish cell.

EuroGenFor (or European Gendarmerie Force, notice the French word for police) is currently ineffective. Simply because, if they are used in any European country, the news would eventually get out to the national populations, resulting in a massive public outcry. That is, and until, the European Union has tightened its grip completely over all national governments. The Lisbon Constitution was another in a long chain of steps in achieving this aim. Now that it has been ratified, I have no doubt that the next steps will be to use the Constitution's conditions, in a series of salami-slicing moves, to instill into the national psyche acceptance that increasing, gradual and inexorable oppression and eventual enslavement is for their benefit. We have already seen this process at work, over several decades where 'political correctness (or, more accurately, Cultural Marxism) has restricted freedom of speech, freedom of association and created a society where the state forms public opinion by engineering public perceptions, enforced by law with strict penalties for disobedience. The so-called War on Terror and now the engineering of society in order to conform to Climate Change initiatives are the next steps in the enslavement process. Once the European Union has succeeded in indoctrinating its populations into believing that national identities are unnecessary and that there is only one European nationality, and physically removed all borders, and introduced pan European laws which have completely subsumed the laws of the former sovereign states, then the use of EuroGenFor across Europe will seem, to the European peoples, a perfectly normal and acceptable act of policing.

For some bizarre reason he has not informed the American public that they are now under the jurisdictional control of a foreign law enforcement agency, which is seemingly answerable to no electorate.

    Thank you Grumpygit,
You have gone straight to the heart of the article and can see where this autonomous organisation is going. Link it to INTERPLOD and boy oh boy!!! does that raise the hackles.
