Simply because, if they are used in any European country, the news would eventually get out to the national populations, resulting in a massive public outcry. That is, and until, the European Union has tightened its grip completely over all national governments. The Lisbon Constitution was another in a long chain of steps in achieving this aim. Now that it has been ratified, I have no doubt that the next steps will be to use the Constitution's conditions, in a series of salami-slicing moves, to instill into the national psyche acceptance that increasing, gradual and inexorable oppression and eventual enslavement is for their benefit. We have already seen this process at work, over several decades where 'political correctness (or, more accurately, Cultural Marxism) has restricted freedom of speech, freedom of association and created a society where the state forms public opinion by engineering public perceptions, enforced by law with strict penalties for disobedience. The so-called War on Terror and now the engineering of society in order to conform to Climate Change initiatives are the next steps in the enslavement process. Once the European Union has succeeded in indoctrinating its populations into believing that national identities are unnecessary and that there is only one European nationality, and physically removed all borders, and introduced pan European laws which have completely subsumed the laws of the former sovereign states, then the use of EuroGenFor across Europe will seem, to the European peoples, a perfectly normal and acceptable act of policing. For example, say something unpleasant about Islam after Turkey Joins and you can be whisked off to a Turkish cell.
