When Trevor Phillips, the Guyana-born chief of the EHRC, started legal action against the British National Party for its white-only membership, our Chairman Nick Griffin made it clear we must adapt or die, as challenging this decision in the court would cost us dear, because we don’t the money to fight our case, and the forthcoming Equality law would force us to bring the changes in anyway.
On Thursday the 28th of January in a hearing at the Central London County Court Judge Paul Collins said that, “on the face of it” the EHRC had put forward “powerful submissions”, saying some passages in the proposed text were vague.
But he declined to rule on the legality of the new constitution until after the party had held an extraordinary general meeting (EGM), due to take place at a secret location on 14 February.
Deciding on an adjournment, Judge Collins said: “I’m going to give the BNP an opportunity to have its EGM and take into account what has been said today and get it right.
“I do not think there will be another opportunity to get it right. This is it.”
He ordered the BNP to pay the £12,500 in court costs relating to the adjourned session.
I have an answer for all the anti-fascists and marxists reading this blog (we know many of them do): I cannot wait for the constitution to be changed and I really do hope some Blacks and Asians will join, not because I’m happy with this decision (I’m furious) but because it would give us the opportunity to strike a mortal blow at the treacherous elite ruling this country.
This legal action was initiated for two reasons: to bankrupt the BNP with endless lawsuits, and spark a mass exodus of members.
Mr Phillips calculated that BNP members are a bunch of racists who would leave the party rather than agreeing to have non-whites as members.
Now the old saying goes, you must never assume anything because it makes an ass out of you and me. Mr Phillips got his facts wrong, and assumed his plan would work. Well who is an ass now Herr Phillips?
If some BNP members feel uncomfortable sharing a table with Blacks and Asians, well they have been active for so long they not only expect bullying tactics from government but have the ability to deal with them accordingly.
Not one of them is going to give up; for they can see huge opportunities in having ethnics in the party.
Anyone, regardless of race (except the illegals and scroungers) must agree with us that this country is full, and it is time for government to close the borders, kick out all the illegal immigrants and stop giving money and council houses to asylum seekers.
We know for a fact that many immigrants who came in the UK 20-30 years ago agree with us on that and support us, I cannot wait to see on the BNP’ website a video in which one of them clearly express support for the above policies.
This, of course, won’t stop mainstream media (MSM) smearing us and antifascists attacking us but it will become more difficult for them to do so.
Having ethnics talking about these issues would allow us to increase our support among the 20% of voters who are tempted to vote for us.
The massive smear campaign carried out by MSM prevented them from supporting us before, but as the BNP is forced to change its constitution this should change.
They agree with us on those issues but they don’t vote for us because they see us as evil nazi but the sight of Blacks and Asians promoting our policies will remove the racist tag from their minds and should convince more of them to support us.
How can a party that has ethnics among its ranks can be defined racist?
Until the changes to our constitution were made all the attacks on us were based on the belief that our policies are racially divisive, but as I pointed out before all, regardless of race agrees with us on many topics and once the racist tag is removed our enemies will have to work much harder to demean us.
But there are other long term advantages.
Right now there are enriched areas like Greenwich, Bexley, Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham where the BNP is having trouble being active.
It’s not just that indigenous Britons have been ethnically cleansed, but there is the problem of BNP activists being attacked by ethnics.
With the constitution changed this will no longer be true as Black and Asian’ activists with BNP rosette will help our activists and will surely have an impact on the local population.
Threats and assaults are likely to occur again in the future, but we can deal with them by using the tough race hate law, something that we cannot do now for obvious reasons.
Maybe a non-white BNP member will be elected as a councillor in one of those enriched boroughs and it will be a great fun watching the faces of the other parties’ councillors when dealing with an ethnic promoting our policies.
Nothing would annoy the anti-white liberals more; we are drawing up plans to take full advantage of the change imposed on us by a person that is not supposed to be in the UK for the first place.

Trevor Phillips has also miscalculated the possible other advantages for the BNP once the constitution has been changed. The BNP will be in a legal and moral position to attack those organisations that have been established to promote the interests of their members from the ethnic minorities, and which also exclude the white native population, based on their ethnicity. There are hundreds of such organisations that could come under attack, thus exposing their racist policies against white Britons. Phillips and his racist EHRC could be inundated with complaints of racial discrimination by ethnic organisations. The BNP has a real opportunity to go on the offence, once the constitution has been changed.

Regardless of the background, we won't just throw them straight into a good position just for extra votes as the other Parties do.
The whole point of the BNP is to speak up against discrimination against the White ideginous, If Minority groups can see the big picture and relise what is going on deep within the ranks of the ruling classes they will understand that we are being played against each other.

Surely if the Orwellian-named Equalities Bill, from which the Court case against the BNP arises, has been scuppered by the Lords – which it was – then there is no case to answer.
Nobody can be guilty in advance, of a breaking a law yet to come into force – and they certainly cannot be guilty if the law does not materialise onto the Statute Books.

I would like to challenge the validity of the EHCR and racist Phillip's attempts to disenfranchise indigenous Brits, our right to freedom of speech and freedom of association; our right to work, our right to freedom of fear, all in the (try not to laugh) UN Human Rights Charter, a derivation of the Constitution of the United States of America.

Why would Trevor Philips regret attacking the BNP (and the British people)? Because it will not be forgotten, there will be a reckoning, which will, for him, be repatriation to his homeland Guyana, but without any pension rights (our money anyway), those right having been forfeited.
Once the changes have been made then the BNP can go into the police exc this law will make that possible ???? I think, then the media will have problems like dummy throwing because it will remove the hate idear and without that what has the left got.

The EHRC are not stupid, they know exactly what they are doing. Their objective is the removal of all political opposition to the policy of displacement and race replacement of the native British peoples, and it would suit them just fine if they could do that before the General Election. We live in an elective dictatorship. There has been a coup d'etat and in reality the British are a stateless, diaspora people within their own country. Institutions like the EHRC are not OUR institutions.
Make no mistake, when they have finished with us we shall be left with a pig's ear of a constitution and ethnic quotas to fill in TARGET seats and wards.
The good news is the economy is collapsing, and with it the tax base, so they are running out of money. Without endless welfare cheques, government non-jobs, and general bread and circuses, they are going to have a damned difficult job staying in control.

Having came down from Glasgow to Barking, Guiseppe was our guide. I thought we had it tough with Hammy (Glasgow Organiser) but Guiseppe kept on going like a duracell battery.

Questions you should ask yourself— Why are there fewer and almost none existent British owned and operated 'Corner Stores'? Why are there no 'Indigenous' people doing jobs like ' TrafficTicket inspectors' in London? Why are Indigenous Brits not doing other jobs like cleaning their own streets (at least in the London area)??? They tried a last attempt of victory by trying to reclaim is body but my mother stood up against them and gave him the christian burial that he wanted. Asians/Muslims will not tolerate integration. They all do – Koffi Annan, Oj Simpson (beheaded his wife) Michael Jackson (in a manner os speaking) 90% of black basketball players and footballers in the USA, etc. This created so much hatred toward white women that in many liberal cities it is now dangerous to be the only white woman alone in an elevator or on a subway platform, bus, train or other public area occupied by black females.
I do recommend that the current Mrs. Phillips not be forced to return to Guyana when he's given the boot, unless she absolutely insists, then good riddance.
