I am pleased to announce that that the police have informed me that charges of assault lodged against myself have been dropped. The charges stemmed from a racially motivated attack on British National Party Councillors and activists during which I was forced to defend myself.
The footage of the attack, which took place in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham in May 2010 during local elections, by Muslim men was first shown on national news channels. Articles about the attack were carried in all the National Newspapers including the Daily Mail, Express, Sun and Mirror. Their websites also carried the original BBC footage. The attack footage can be viewed here on the Daily Mail website:
The footage was also uploaded to YouTube where to date it has been viewed by about half a million people. The footage is a hot topic in many political and social forums. Posters, some not even inclined to vote BNP, have overwhelmingly agreed that a politician should be able to walk the streets and campaign during elections without fear of attack.
At the time of the attack the local Labour Party with its affiliate the ‘Searchlight Group’, organised by Trotskyist Nick Lowles, had delivered to houses in the borough a number of leaflets designed to whip up racial hatred against white British people and create a climate of fear amongst the large African and Muslim groups recently settled in the borough. The stated aim of Nick Lowles and the Labour party was to create a climate in which it would be difficult for the BNP, Conservatives and other parties to physically campaign on the ground. As in previous elections the strategy was to deny the ground to other parties as the Labour party did not have enough resources to put in a full and proper campaign.
The reason I believe the CPS and the Police dropped the charges against myself and my Muslim attackers is not because they felt I was in the right defending myself from attack it is because any court appearance would have forced Labour and the Conservatives to defend their failed polices of Immigration and Multiculturalism. The incident which occurred in Barking clearly shows that whole areas of Britain are not only no go areas for politicians but no go areas for white British people as well.
The fanatical drive for a multicultural Britain decided by a few and heaped on many without a vote or honest debate has been a complete disaster for this country and the British people. Racial and cultural segregation, sharia courts, terrorist attacks, the treating of women as second class citizens, forced marriages and circumcision, and grooming of under age girls for sex and prostitution have no place in Britain. It is up to the citizens of this country to stop this rot and to make a stand against these extremists and foreign colonisers.
Robert Bailey

Good news.
A pity they won't be pressing on with bringing your attackers to justice though.
All the best.
All charges dropped! This is good news. You had a right to defend yourself. Spitting on someone may be acceptable in some countries but not in this country.

Ealing and Hillingdon Organiser
Just after the London bombing. A man spat at a woman on the tube. He got a prison sentence and the story made the national newspapers.
She was muslim and he was white.
Enough said?
Congratulations on being rightly exonerated Mr Bailey. The only correct and fair decision as far as I could see.
Will they be charging the Asians who started the attack? Sorry, silly question…
Bob, you did us real proud mate. When I first saw the footage, I thought, "what a man" as the savage scum retreated so fast, they were not expecting what they deserved were they.
As usually , they attack" lone" youngsters in gangs, but you made them look what they really are "Cowards" !
We need more Bob Baleys !!
Mr Bailey
Of course you were right to defend yourself (pretty handy too I must say).Anyone who found themselves in that situation would have done the same. What these 'idiots' in Westminster don't understand is that this is going on 24/7. Old people, middle age people and youngsters have this feeling of fear nearly everytime they leave their homes. How many times do we say to ourselves 'if he/she was alive now they would not recognise the place'. Sometimes I don't recognise the place that I have lived in for fifty years. This country is a disgrace to our ancesters and the sooner people realise this (how they don't already just amazes me) and vote BNP perhaps this Great country that I love will be a safe place for us once more.Well done .
Camerons clawhammer gang.
That's right. The prime minister indirectly ordered muslims to attack you Bob.
Take it to the top mate.
Expose the lot of them!
Dropped! More like the establishment saving itself from a political embarrasment.
How aboout a private prosecution being taken out against these cowardly and vicious attackers?
Yes quiet right. We have a GLA member who can do this.
Great news.
I have said this before but.. shortly after the London bombings a man spat in the face of a young woman on the tube train and received a prison sentence.
These gits should get the same,
The man I spoke of was white and the woman was a muslim. Makes sense why he got porridge now doesn't it?
"…fanatical drive for a multicultural Britain" Fanatical is right. The mistake they make though is that they believe that the whole process will end without cost to themselves.
Boy are they in for a rude awakening?
That is great news, Bob. But really, and excuse the metaphor, the boot should have been on the other foot and the police ‘service’ should have been investigating, and prosecuting, the germ spitting scum that attacked you. Obviously that is not going to happen as, according to marx worshipper and African immigrant Trevor Phillips, head of the tax-payer funded Lib-Lab-Con anti-BNP department – the so-called Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) — “BNP members are less than human.”
When I was leafleting in Barking and Dagenham this year a car pulled up alongside me full of LIEbour’s marxist thugs and gave me some verbal, so I think I got off quite lightly. And on another day two of our brave band were told by one of LIEbour’s imported African voters that “I’m gonna stab you.”
Yes, this is Lib-Lab-Con’s wonderful vibrant multicultural community in action. What an utter betrayal of everything our parents, grandparents and ancestors fought and died for. I pray I see some of these traitors swing before I die.
Bob, as someone who has served his country, you may be incensed to know that Croydon Co-op refuses to serve our soldiers in uniform…
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1300824/C…
It is our duty to support our brave lads – never, ever patronise the Co-op again.
They wouldn't have wanted you in the dock mate.
Way too risky for the religion-of-peace, and for uaf Cameron too.
What's happening with Lampshade Bennet, by the way?
Great news Bob!
Let's hope the legal systems put Martin Smith of the UAF behind bars very soon. I've heard that he's been arrested for attacking a Police Officer during the Question Time riot. The court case is due to take place in Clapham, very soon.
Weymann Bennett was also arrested recently. Whatever happened to his courtcase?
It will probably be like the case against Noor Ramjanally. It will take a very long time to come to court, everyone will forget and won't care anyway.
Remember, not everyone is human in this country, nor do they have the same protection of the law as others.
It isn't really a democracy at all. Just looks like one.
I can well understand the decision by the CPS to drop all charges against Bob Bailey but how the hell do they do the same to those thugs who attacked him?
If you look at Mr Bailey's body language he is backing away from his attackers and his hands are raised in a defensive manner as if to parry any blow that may come his way. His attackers on the other hand are aggressive and overbearing.
When that disgusting thug spits in Mr Bailey's face, Mr Bailey then has every right to defend himself from any further attack. Also, Mr Bailey's comrades had every right to intervene on his behalf. A spit in the face could well have been followed by a knife in the back.
i think he should be known as bob ballsey!
Good luck Bob, I was going to say well done but why if you had to defend yourself, then the police have a lot to answer, they have to live around there just like you and perhaps with a bite of luck they will have to go through the same thing as you did. We can all live in hope
Why not digg this story?
You can't at the moment as Digg is not accepting any new stories, but we can use other social sites such as Facebook or Twitter.
Pleased its out the way mate.Things have started to get hot hear in Dagenham. Now that the pressure valve of the BNP has been removed people are starting to verbally express their opinions of the new guests.
I can see it kicking off here soon.
Such a shame.
All the best mate.dont forget to have a T.B test.

congratulations bob a moment of sanity by the CPS when dealing with british nationalists but just like the adam walker case (where a victory for nationalists is involved ) i cant help noting the lack of media interest
They would have to put an anti-BNP slant and a pro-ethnic slant on it. When they figure it out the NUJ they may well print it.
Does that mean Bob will come back and lead London BNP again, If we are to have any chance in 2012 we need to put Bob back in the driving seat. We will get nowhere under the current system. Bob knows how to hold London BNP together for success. Bob knows how to motivate activists and focuses just on the job that needs to be done and never gets distracted or manipulated by unpleasant personalities.
Well said Stephen.I have met some great people through Bob.
A great man.Shame he was cheated out of a London assembly seat.
I think it would be fair if Bob was first on the list this time I also think it would be good to put some of our latest talent high up on the list like Dave Furness, Steve Squire, Bob Carlyle and Steve Dorman they are very dertermined and would give the campaign a great push.
The inference in the BBC article, not surprisingly, was that this guy was guilty but the CPS would't be able to make it stick…so they let him off!
No mention of the circumstances, or that the real attackers were the ones who got away with it. In the dispersal of mis-information the BBC takes the bloody biscuit!
Best Wishes
I would be delighted for Bob to come back and lead London, I never wanted to be the acting Regional Organiser it was only as a favour to Bob who wanted a rest! Or maybe yourself Steve, why don't you take it on bearing in mind you seem to know whats best for London!
I don't have the same skills as Bob I also do not have the time, However once things have been put in place and certain problems have been removed if I was offered at least some expences covered instead of dipping in my own pocket as I have year in year out then yes I would take on some kind of leading role working directly with the workers not the talkers.
Now, now lads no handbags in a few weeks we will all know were we stand, what ever happens the BNP must put best foot forwards and move on at a rate not seen for some time. The pages of this blog have taken a very good and fair line, including giving me a slap when i needed it, Blogs like LP and others are what have keep the party going. At this late stage it now in the hands of the gods, or at least head office. Patience is a virtue.
I was disgusted that Mr Bailey was charged when he was the one who was ATTACKED?but glad to see that justice does happen now and then.
well done Bob you, always were just trying to defend yourself.
Very good news for Mr Bailey, you should never have been charged in the first place.
Big fan of Bob. Always comes across well in interviews and doesn't suffer fools gladly. I hope to see him return to a senior position in the party.
