September 16 1999 Arrested and charged with attempted rape and indecent assault. Originally refused bail by police and court. Finally bailed on September 29 on condition he resided in Birmingham. At his committal hearing on November 5 police announced they had dropped the charge of attempted rape. Yesterday an Old Bailey judge threw out the case as an abuse of process.
August 17 1999 Arrested in Peckham, south London, for taking and driving away a car and threatening behaviour. Taken to Peckham police station and bailed until August 6, when police notified him that they were taking no further action.
July 4 1999 Stopped by police in in his car, which was searched. A photocopying tool was found (he works as a photocopying engineer). Police alleged it was an offensive weapon and charged him with possession of a bladed article. They also found credit cards and chequebooks in the car and he was arrested for handling stolen goods. He was bailed to appear before Tower Bridge magistrates. The case was discontinued on August 3.
July 8 1998 Stopped under the Prevention of Terrorism Act in the City of London. Searched and arrested for possession of a knife and theft of a credit card. Bailed from the police station and when he returned on August 4 was charged with possession of an offensive weapon. The action was discontinued in September after his employer confirmed the knife was part of his work toolkit.
May 27 1998 Police requested an interview about an allegation of kidnapping at Catford station. He was bailed until July 23 when police announced that they were taking no further action.
October 1993 Surrendered voluntarily to Bexleyheath police station, where he was charged under section 2 of the Criminal Justice Act, relating to an allegation of violent disorder at a British National party march. Eventually the proceedings were stayed on December 13 1994 after the judge ruled an abuse of process. The judge had invited the CPS to discontinue the case earlier, but it refused to do so.
Yes, I recognize him. He's the criminal the police and CPS protected so as not to prejudice their vendetta against two innocent men. I recognize him every day when I look around at what the liblabcon have done to my country.

The conviction of two men for the racist murder of Stephen Lawrence in 1993 has sparked a national celebration of this apparent victory over the evils of racism. Every section of the media and political elite has jostled to line up behind Lawrence’s parents and sign up to the official anti-racist consensus. As one leading press figure put it, the guilty verdict is ‘a triumph’ not only for the Lawrences but for British justice, policing, politics and the media.
For those of us who campaigned against racism in the bad old days of the 1980s, this looks like so remarkable a turnaround in attitudes that one might almost wonder if we are living not just in another century but on a different planet. Thirty years ago when I joined a group called Workers Against Racism, there was no sympathetic media coverage or mainstream political support for the Asian families being burnt out of housing estates or the black youth being routinely brutalised by the police. The national debate was all about the scourge of ‘immigrant scroungers’ and black ‘muggers’. Those who fought against racists were branded extremists, the flipside of the fascists.
Let’s be clear. This was not the ‘unwitting’ prejudice described by the Macpherson inquiry into Lawrence’s murder as the basis of ‘institutional racism’ in the UK. It was deliberate, politicised and vitriolic racism, popularised from the top down and enforced by the state as a weapon to divide the working class and consolidate white support for the authorities.

The Immigrant only has one role, the road to Marxist revolution, the white working class will be eradicated, the immigrant does not understand what cultural Marxism means. The white working class are being silenced, bullied, and dumbed down by an elite that runs the Police, CPS, Town Halls,and Education, Cultural Revolution, is the way forward rather than economics, Blacks are the weapon of choice for the Marxists today.
The conviction of those 2 guys today is based on flimsy(possibly even fabricated) DNA evidence and the ramblings of this quite frankly dodgy Brooks character.
Like Emma West, these guys are not the most intelligent or articulate members of society but they have now been sacrificed at the altar of multicultural PC bullshit.
The media machine is now in overdrive brow-beating the population about the evils of 'racism'…
There could be no other outcome to this case otherwise blacks would have rioted yet again!

alleged killers are to be sentenced later today, the gloating tone said it all; the white middle class who
predominately are the audience for CFM are the nastiest, selfish, self obsessed group in our society,
they look down their nose at we moronic,sexist, racicst white patriots. However we thugish morons can
take heart because 2012 will see the PC juggernaught come off the rails. We can look forward to the

The evidence Dwayne Brooks gave in court recently was completely different to the evidence in the first court case involving the Lawrence murder! Whatever you may think of these individuals the fact remains that there was considerable doubt and therefore only a not guilty verdict should have occurred.
I believe the jury was specially selected by the state to achieve a guilty verdict, the establishment including the judiciary are totally bent!

If Lawrence was killed by just one stab wound, why are two men convicted of his murder and another three still suspects?
Any other case would have been thrown out , if it were not for Political pressure, as the evidence would be so tenuous and unable to meet the standard " beyond reasonable doubt ".
I read the comment from Edmund Brady , that listeners to Classic F.M are nasty and selfish . Sorry , but I beg to differ . I listen to Classic FM , because I happen to like all kinds of music , including Classical music , which is just about the greatest expression of our European heritage , so I think think that Edmund Brady should not post crap , that does not do our cause any favours !

Let me reply to your comment. Read the article again. Are there any stereotypes? None at all. The article refers to one particular individual. One man is not an entire race. The article does not put together innocent and guilty individuals. Far from it. Criminals are criminals and they come in all sort of colours and this is why the article, once again, refers to one particular individual. With regards to the fact that somebody was attacked and killed, my belief is that life is sacred. Thou shall not kill. So, nobody is justifying nor condoning murder. If you criticize an article, the least you can do is to read the article properly without making allegations that are totally unfounded. There are no stereotypes and nobody justifies murder.

‘Justice has been done.’ So says every newspaper in the land, following the conviction of David Norris and Gary Dobson for the murder of black teenager Stephen Lawrence in 1993. Justice? Are they serious? Judging from the narcissistic catfight amongst various sections of the elite clamouring to claim responsibility for ‘getting’ Lawrence’s killers, involving everyone from tabloid supremo Paul Dacre to Islington’s favourite QC Michael Mansfield to PM David Cameron, this isn’t so much a case of ‘justice has been done’ as ‘justice has been done by me!’. In the Lawrence case, the needs of justice were long ago usurped by the desires of the political and media elites to use this grisly case as a soapbox from which to pronounce their moral superiority in modern Britain.

sorry is it a bit late to comment now?Having been told that Mr Brooks was regularly in trouble with the law are we to assume that he mixed with totally good people?I have heard that Stephren Lawrence dealt drugs, this is only hearsay but i am now wishing and thinking we could know his full list of crimes if list there be.
I would have thought that the most likely person to suffer post traumatic stress disorder would be the murderer.
