Notting Hill Carnival a success say Police

Notting Hill Carnival a success say Police

The same weekend that nationalists attended the indigenous family weekend more than a million people attended a “largely peaceful” Notting Hill Carnival at the weekend, marred only by a handful of thugs throwing stones at police.

Scotland Yard said overall crime was down by almost a third with 235 arrests over the two days, most of them for drugs offences.

More than 5,000 officers were on duty in a £6 million policing operation which saw few outbreaks of trouble in its 47th year and a weekend of mostly good weather.

Mayor Boris Johnson was among more than 600,000 revellers who turned out for the climax of Europe’s largest street festival — bathed in glorious bank holiday Monday sunshine after heavy showers had drenched the crowds of about 400,000 who lined the three-and-a-half mile route to watch the Children’s Day parade on Sunday.

Thousands of colourfully dressed dancers followed the floats. Organisers estimate revellers consumed five tons of chicken and 25,000 bottles of rum while some 16,000 records were played at 41 sound systems.

“Champagne” Lewis, 40, who runs an after-school club, came down from Manchester with two friends.
She said: “We come every year and it just gets better and better. It’s so exciting, I feel like a child on Christmas Eve. I love it.”

Eva Jackson, 25, and her friend Mariska Cornelis, 26, flew from Rotterdam. Ms Jackson said: “It’s so much fun, we come every year. Our whole plane was full of people coming to the carnival. The Netherlands is very multi-cultural and there’s a carnival in Rotterdam but it’s nothing like this.”

Police used mobile metal detectors and number-plate recognition cameras to put a security ring around the event. More than 20 people had weapons seized and a gun was found in a car.

Chief Inspector Jo Edwards said the “largely peaceful and fun-filled” event was marred by a small element who threw stones and bottles at police as night fell yesterday.

She said: “Most carnival-goers had a fantastic time. However, as we have seen in previous years, last night saw some people determined to try to ruin it for others who simply wanted to enjoy a day out.”

Scotland Yard said 235 people had been arrested, slightly up on last year’s 222.

In a separate operation British Transport Police arrested 53 people on the Underground and trains.

The vast majority of arrests were for drugs offences, although there were also four arrests for firearms offences, 20 for carrying knives and other weapons, three for robbery and two for GBH.

Two stabbing victims were among a total of 706 people dealt with by the London Ambulance Service.

On tuesday morning hundreds of cleaners moved in to sweep away tons of rubbish. Kensington and Chelsea’s refuse contractor Sita UK said it hoped to be the first waste-disposal company to send all the rubbish from a festival for recycling.

So the Metropolitan Police was delighted because an unspecified number of thugs (we would like to know now many) just threw stones and bottles at them and only two people were stabbed.

If these incidents are not serious I wonder what the enrichers need to do in order to convince the Police that this event should be banned for security reasons.

If there was a drop in the crime figures it was probably due to the bad weather on Sunday keeping a lot of people away.

Nationalists will have noticed that the GLA can find £6m to pay for the policing of this Afro-Caribbean event but it claims it has no funds for St George Day’ celebrations.

When the treacherous liberals claim that the carnival is an important multicultural event they do have a point, it demonstrates everything that is wrong with mass immigration and multiculturalism.

The history of this celebration can be traced back to the late ’50 when West Indians rioted in 1958 after some of them were the victims of racist attacks.

The first wave of West Indians settled in Notting Hill because it was the only place they could find any accommodation, and clearly the indigenous Britons living there didn’t want to see their area turning in a Caribbean ghetto and they becoming the minority.

There is some truth in that, but at that time the situation was created by the government when it allowed the first immigration wave from the Caribbean on the grounds that they were needed to fill job vacancies.

Of course there is no justification for any racist assault but if native Britons were angry it was because no one asked them if they wanted their area to be enriched in the first place.

Sound familiar?
Yes, because Notting Hill was the prelude to what was going to happen in other parts of Britain in the following decades.

The carnival may be an example of what is great about multicultural London but the muggings, stabbings and assaults on Police officers that take place during this event act as a reminder of the negative effects of third world immigration that have brought many kind of crimes (such as gang-related crimes) that were previously unheard off.

Charity Commission criticises African Aids Action over personal expenses

Charity Commission criticises African Aids Action over personal expenses

In spite of the huge amount of money raised to finance charitable initiatives in poor countries, it’s as clear as mud how much of it really reaches the people that need it most.

Indeed it is suspected that many of these charities are not really transparent, and it has long been rumoured that more than a few of them spend a large part of their donations on salaries and expensive SUVs.

How much of this is true it’s hard to say, but recently the Charity Commission criticised African Aids Action for using donations to pay for a string of personal expenses, including over £800 on clothing and a trip on the London Eye.

The regulator published the result of its long-running inquiry into the charity, set up to build a pharmaceutical plant in Africa to produce cheap Aids drugs.

The inquiry opened in August 2008 following a complaint alleging that money raised by the charity had been used for the benefit of the family of Eyob Ghebre-Sellassie, the organisation’s chair and founder.

It found that in July 2008, money from the charity’s account was used by the chair to buy clothing, with payments on a debit card of £817.97 and £57.

Bank statements for the charity showed that funds had been used for a number of other expenses, including £29.99 at The Perfume Shop and £16.98 at Sports World. The charity’s money was also spent at McDonald’s restaurants, the Odeon cinema chain and the London Eye, it says.

The trustees explained that the clothing bill was for two suits that Ghebre-Sellassie would wear in a TV documentary.

“The purchase of suits for a trustee, even for use on charity business, is not a proper expense for a charity to pay,” the report says.

Ghebre-Sellassie said none of his expenses were personal and said that every company has expenses.

The inquiry states it was told that some payments were made for food, clothing and other benefits for people living with HIV, but trustees could not produce any evidence.

The report also states that it understands AAA is a small charity and “dependent on the goodwill and personal contributions of the individuals acting as trustees”.

The inquiry also found a number of inaccuracies in various annual accounts filed with the commission, including inconsistencies with the income reflected in the charity’s bank statements and those that were filed with the commission.

Both the report and Ghebre-Sellassie said the charity’s accountant disagreed with the commission on a number of points about the revised accounts the charity was asked to produce.

The inquiry also found that until August 2009, Ghebre-Sellassie was the only trustee whose appointment was registered at Companies House.

The charity’s governing document requires there be a minimum of two trustees, a requirement that the charity met during the inquiry.

The report sets out steps for trustees to follow so as to ensure they comply with legal duties, such as ensuring all financial records are kept in good order.

Ghebre-Sellassie said he did not need to follow the plan because the charity already did all the things it set out.

He said he would sue the commission for “deliberate negligence, defamation, discrimination, blackmail and mental torture”.

“The fact that so much taxpayers’ money has been wasted on investigating such a small charity is a complete joke,” he said.

Cases like this are common, but given the lack of control and supervision over the many thousands of charities and NGOs it’s not that surprising.

Of course I’m well aware that many volunteers are doing a marvelous job helping the poor people in developing countries, but unfortunately there are also many who use these charities as a way to line their pockets.

This is not just unfair to the many people who donate money but it’s also criminal because stealing money destined for the poor is one of the worst crimes that one can commit.

For that reason if the accusations against Eyob Ghebre-Sellassie are found to be true he should be kicked out of Britain and all his assets seized.

Trevor Phillips wants to take legal action against Chancellor George Osborne

Trevor Phillips wants to take legal action against Chancellor George Osborne

There must be something wrong with Trevor Phillips, the Guyana-born chief of the EHRC.

First he started legal action against the British National Party because our constitution didn’t allow non-whites to become members and forced us to change this.

Never mind that there is a principle called freedom of association, a basic human right that give individuals free choice to whom they choose to associate with, but we all know this was just an excuse for the establishment to destroy us (and by the way, how many blacks and Asians would join anyway?).

However even this was not enough, and now Herr Phillips is threatening to jail BNP Chairman Nick Griffin for contempt of court because some parts of our political programme may indirectly discriminate against minorities.

But just like a drug addict needing stronger stuff to stay high, Phillips needs to find new targets to satisfy his thirst for power.

Apparently the EHRC said it was considering whether to take the Treasury to court.

The quango said it feared Chancellor George Osborne had not investigated the impact of his Budget on vulnerable groups – such as women, the elderly, the disabled and ethnic minorities – as legally required.

The Treasury is also facing legal action from women’s rights group the Fawcett Society, which says ministers took no account of the Budget’s effect on women.

It comes a day after the Institute for Fiscal Studies, a highly respected think-tank, said Mr Osborne’s financial changes were ‘clearly regressive’, hitting the poor and families with children hardest.

This contradicts official claims from the Chancellor and his Lib Dem allies that the budget was ‘fair’ and ‘progressive’.

Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg, facing increasing clamour from his Lib Dem backbenchers, was forced to defend the Budget.

‘This IFS analysis is by definition partial,’ he said. ‘It does not include the things we want to do to get people off benefits and into work.’

Mr Clegg, whose personal and party poll ratings have fallen through the floor in recent weeks, said the Government’s plans also included a pupil premium to improve education opportunities for poorer children and further changes to the tax system.

But Mike Hancock, Lib Dem MP for Portsmouth South, said: ‘We didn’t sign up for a Coalition that was going to hurt the poorest people in society, and I certainly didn’t get elected to do that ever.’

He said that unless Mr Clegg came up with a good answer to the IFS report, there would be a ‘very sticky’ upcoming Lib Dem party conference and serious thinking by members generally’.

The Equalities and Human Rights Commission said one option being considered was applying for a judicial review into the Budget, while another was sending in a hit squad to work with Treasury civil servants on equality issues.

Neil Kinghan, the quango’s chief executive, said equalities legislation was ‘not designed to prevent reductions in public expenditure’, adding: ‘Its role, and the commission’s role, is to ensure fairness is at the heart of decisions.’

He said the commission had asked the Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Danny Alexander, for assurances, but had received no response.

Asked on the BBC’s Today show if an equality impact assessment had been carried out, Treasury minister Mark Hoban declined to comment.

Labour leadership contender David Miliband said: ‘This report reveals George Osborne’s Budget was soft on the banks, hard on the poor.’

Shadow Chancellor Alistair Darling said: ‘Nick Clegg is talking nonsense. He might think he can take his party for fools, but the British public can see all too clearly that there’s nothing fair about this Coalition.’

Now there is a lot to be said against the budget even if some bits, like the reform of the benefit system, should be supported because there are too many scroungers living on benefits rather than looking for a job, but this is not the point.

Whatever you think of this coalition the fact is that an unelected and unaccountable quango shouldn’t be allowed to interfere in government policies and tell elected politicians what he/she should or shouldn’t do.

And by the way since when did Trevor Phillips become concerned about the plight of the poor?

The only thing he cares about is turning Britain in a third world hell-hole and use (or better abuse) his power to harass and prosecute any organization which dares stand up for the interests of indigenous Britons.

Maybe George Osborne should follow the suggestion made by Spiked, an online magazine run by far-left Jewish.

In spite of their hatred for the BNP they were outspoken in condemning the legal action taken against us by the EHRC as they saw not only an unacceptable violation of a basic human right but the introduction of fascism by the back door.

“They first come to the ‘racists’” was the warning that politicians in Westminster decided to ignore and now Mr Phillips is coming to them.

What goes around comes around.

And so The Worm Turns

And so The Worm Turns

How dare these six white Police officers defend themselves against accusations of ‘racism’! After all everyone knows that they are guilty as charged, as witnessed by an unbiased ‘Police Officer’ the charges should have been upheld. because as we all know only whites are ‘racist’ aren’t they.
Well, not insofar as the law is concerned.

Daily Mail

Six white policemen are suing their force for racial discrimination after being cleared of an alleged racially aggravated assault.
The officers, all members of Scotland Yard’s Territorial Support Group, have launched employment tribunal proceedings against the Metropolitan Police.

They claim they were subjected to racial discrimination following the incident in June 2007 that led to their arrest and trial.
PC Mark Jones, was among the six officers who spotted a group of youths allegedly mouthing obscenities at them as they were on patrol in central London.
When they came to a stop, three teenagers were allegedly taken into the van one by one and subjected to taunts.

PC Amechi Onwugbonu (Nigerian I assume), the van driver, who is black, gave evidence against PC Jones during the trial. He said the officer swore at and kicked one teenager and walked over another youth as he lay handcuffed on the floor of the vehicle.

He claimed a third teenager was sworn at, punched, kneed and slapped in the face.
But PC Jones denied acting in an unprofessional manner. PC Onwugbonu later admitted that he and PC Jones were ‘not best buddies’

The case came down to one officer’s word against another’s and the jury took five hours to clear PC Jones of two charges of racially aggravated common assault.

His colleagues who were accused of covering it up were found not guilty of misfeasance in public office. PC Jones and the other officers, Sergeant William Wilson, PC Steven White, PC Giles Kitchener, PC Simon Prout and PC Neil Brown, have all launched tribunal proceedings against the Met.

The employment tribunal proceedings were filed in mid-July and no date has yet been set for a hearing.

A Metropolitan Police spokeswoman said: ‘I can confirm that PC Mark Jones and others have submitted an employment tribunal claim citing racial discrimination.’

In a separate case, PC Jones is one of four officers accused of attacking terrorist suspect Babar Ahmad during a raid at his home in Tooting, South London, in 2003.

The officer, who is on restricted duties, is accused of assault causing actual bodily harm and will appear before magistrates in Westminster on September 22.

He will be joined in the dock by PCs Nigel Cowley, 32, and Roderick James-Bowen, 39, and Detective Constable John Donohue, 36.

The TSG came under scrutiny last month when the Crown Prosecution Service decided not to prosecute PC Simon Harwood who was filmed striking newspaper vendor Ian Tomlinson during last year’s G20 protests moments before he collapsed and later died.

Another TSG sergeant, Delroy Smellie, was previously cleared of assaulting a protester during a vigil for Tomlinson that took place the day after his death.

The Met has previously paid out to a white officer who claimed he had suffered racial discrimination.

Detective Chief Superintendent Barry Norman led the investigation into a senior officer, Ali Dizaei, for alleged corruption when Dizaei was acquitted of criminal charges. Dizaei was convicted and jailed this year for a separate offence.

Mr Norman’s supporters claimed he was ‘hung out to dry’. He said his career suffered as a result of the £2.2milllion inquiry and he was subsequently awarded £40,000.

I bet ACPO are spitting blood….

UAF Thug and Trade Unionist Martin Smith on Trial for Assaulting Police Officer

UAF Thug and Trade Unionist Martin Smith on Trial for Assaulting Police Officer

Don’t you just love the UAF?

They campaign against the ‘fascist’ and ‘racist’ British National Party (at least that is what they say about us) and repeat the mantra, telling people we are violent skinheads who bring hatred and division between communities, and that we must be stopped by any means possible, but who has just hit the headlines for threatening behaviour, and violent attacks against anyone who disagrees with them and their bully boys tactics?

The UAF of course.

However there is something interesting about the Unwashed Antifa Freaks that has been ignored by MSM.

Their website reports that PCS union leader Mark Serwotka and Drew McConnell of indie band Babyshambles will be speaking in support of UAF officer Martin Smith (style guru), who faces serious charges after the demo against British National Party leader Nick Griffin’s appearance on BBC’s Question Time.

Martin (style guru), who is also national coordinator of Love Music Hate Racism, was arrested at the protest and has been charged with assaulting a police officer. He strenuously denies the charge.

Mark Serwotka and Drew McConnell will be speaking at a protest outside the court. They will be joined by former UCU general secretary Paul Mackney, Zita Holbourne, joint chair, Black Activists Rising Against Cuts (Barac), Rock Against Racism founder Roger Huddle and LMHR supporters The King Blues.

The protest will take place at 9am Tuesday on 7 September at South Western Magistrates Court, 176a Lavender Hill, London SW11 1JU

Apparently the RMT London Fleet 960 branch made a £200 donation to help to cover the cost of this demonstration.

However what nationalists will find quite interesting is that the UAF are lobbying several trade unions to support their right to protest (what they mean by the word protest is anyones guess) by asking them to support the motion below:

This union branch/organisation notes:

1. Martin Smith (style guru), the national coordinator of Love Music Hate Racism and an officer of Unite Against Fascism, faces a serious charge following the demo against British National Party leader Nick Griffin’s appearance on the BBC’s Question Time.

2. Martin (style guru) was arrested on the protest and has been charged with assaulting a police officer. He strenuously denies the charge.

3. Thousands of people joined the UAF demo on 22 October last year against nazi Nick Griffin’s invitation onto the flagship Question Time programme. The demo was backed by trade unions Unite, PCS, CWU, Bectu, Aslef, TSSA, the Musicians Union and the South East Regional TUC.

This union branch/organisation agrees:

1. This case involving a leading antifascist activist could also have implications for other antifascists in future.

2. It is important to stand up for our right to protest.

This union branch/organisation resolves:

1. To support the protest outside Martin’s (style guru) hearing: 9am Tuesday 7 September
South Western Magistrates Court, 176a Lavender Hill, London SW11 1JU

2. To make a donation of …… towards Martin’s (style guru) court costs.

To put this in perspective you should remember that the UAF thugs enjoy protection from the Police, in a normal country they would be left rotting in jail especially when they cowardly target frail old activists who cannot defend themselves.

But no Police force, however PC it is, will ever tolerate any assault on one of their officers and Martin Smith (style guru) will hopefully pay the price for his arrogance and stupidity.

Let’s hope he goes to jail, see if he enjoys the company of black and asian prisoners he loves so much.

In the meantime I would like to know what Darren Rodwell, Labour councillor in Barking & Dagenham and UAF supporter, has to say on this subject, as he claims to be strongly opposed to political violence.

He is more than welcome to post a comment.

Independent on Sunday wakes up to the reality of British children groomed for sex by Asian gangs

Independent on Sunday wakes up to the reality of British children groomed for sex by Asian gangs

Only a few months ago the British National Party was alone in exposing the grooming of white British children for sex by Asian (Muslim) gangs.

Not only have we been accused of inciting racial hatred but our Chairman Nick Griffin was arrested and prosecuted twice when he talked about this problem for the first time.

It’s a sign that our hard work is yielding results. The Independent on Sunday (IoS) printed an article ( below) about this topic.

Posing for her first school photograph, Joanne was like any other girl at the age of five. She loved drawing and painting, and her favourite game was to play hide-and-seek in the woods near her home in Leeds with her five siblings. As she grew, Joanne liked to hang around, chatting and laughing with friends. But soon after she turned 12, while out playing, she met a gang of men who were to become her pimps. They took advantage of her freedom, gained her trust and prepared to abuse her.

In the beginning, the men who befriended her had seemed nice enough: they showered her with compliments, bought her a phone, and one of them – a 42-year-old married man – became her “boyfriend”. Within a year, she was forced into prostitution.

By the time she was 16, Joanne would disappear from the family home for weeks at a time. She was transported between Manchester, Rochdale, Bradford and countless other towns, locked into rooms and made to have sex repeatedly with men for money – not that she saw any of it.

Joanne is only one of many young women who have been subjected to such horrific ordeals across the UK. She is the victim of sex trafficking with a twist: not women brought in illegally from abroad and forced into prostitution, but British born. Targeted on estates throughout the country, they are passed from gang to gang, and work from town to town.

Yet the information on the trafficking of young people for sex within Britain is so scant that experts say the first official figures confirming the trade – seen by The Independent on Sunday – are just “the very, very tip of the iceberg”. Figures from the UK Human Trafficking Centre for April 2009 to March 2010 show only 38 Britons were registered as victims. This comes after a snapshot survey by the children’s charity Barnardo’s revealed it worked with 609 sexually exploited children last year, of whom 90 appeared to have been trafficked within the UK.

The victims, unlike women coerced or tricked into coming into the UK from overseas, frequently have family and friends who are reduced to despair by what is happening. Joanne’s mother, Christine, who was bringing up six children on her own, tried to protect her daughter, but the situation quickly spiralled out of her control.

“More than once I locked her in. She nearly broke her neck jumping out of upstairs windows,” she recalls. Joanne fought her mother to get out of the house, giving her a black eye.

Before long, what had been flattery turned into violence. Joanne was called on the phone she had been given and was forced to leave the house at all hours to have sex with men. If she didn’t do what was wanted. they threatened to hurt her and her family. “They brainwash these girls,” her mother says. “A friend said to me ‘it’s like she’d been hypnotised’. That phone triggered something, and she’d got to respond.”

Her mother says her pleas to police and social services fell on deaf ears. “I used to say: ‘When are you going to do something?’ They’d say they couldn’t do anything unless she complains, but when do you decide that a child has to complain? They said they could do nothing. She was 13. I’d take down the number plates of cars as they drove away, but the police wouldn’t accept them.”

The IoS is withholding certain details of the identity of the mother and daughter to protect the family.

Campaigners say most victims are aged between 12 and 16, groomed by men to provide sex. Young men and women are typically targeted by one person, who wins their trust before pimping them to others and forcibly transporting them around Britain.

The case in court last month of a 14-year-old girl who disappeared from her home in Manchester after she was offered drugs and alcohol to groom her for sex is typical of the abuse experienced by these victims. Nine men were convicted of sexual crimes – though not for trafficking – and each was sentenced to jail terms ranging from eight months to seven years.

There has still not been one prosecution for trafficking Britons within the UK. And, despite mounting evidence of the scourge, a police report into trafficking to be released this week, called Project Acumen, chose not to assess the scale of trafficking of British nationals. Of the British women they did interview, they decided none exhibited “the dimensions of the trafficking definition”.

Chief Superintendent Tony Blockley, head of crime at Derbyshire constabulary, tells a different story. He says: “We’ve always thought of this as a problem that comes from overseas, whereas this is actually happening on our doorsteps. The scale of it is enormous; Derby isn’t a hotbed of this – it’s just one town that’s decided to look at this as a problem.

“This is a new area of policing for us. As soon as you lift the stone up, you start to find things, but people weren’t lifting up the stone before. These are the kids that slip under the radar. Victims come from chaotic backgrounds; they are often in children’s homes. As they get more involved in the network, the grooming lessens and the abuse increases.”

After a year of being abused, Joanne started to lash out. “Virtually overnight she became someone we couldn’t even recognise,” says Christine. “Her attitude changed and she started to get really distant. After a while she got violent towards her siblings and me.”

Social services said she could no longer live in the same place and put her into foster care. The downward spiral accelerated. At 16, Joanne had been missing for seven weeks. “I took social services to court as they said they didn’t have a duty of care,” says Christine. “The judge said they did, and the next day she was found, locked in a house with an Asian man, with the door handle taken off.”

The gang that subjected her to this ordeal was Asian. The issue of alleged grooming of white teenage girls by Asian gangs is highly contentious. When the former Labour MP Ann Cryer said that Asian men were targeting white girls, she was accused of racism. With scant research available, there is no evidence that perpetrators or victims predominate from any one race.

Joanne, because she is now 18, is no longer of any interest to her former pimp, says her mother. The teenager is mentally scarred, homeless and drug addicted. “She’s not a child any more, so they’re not interested. They’ve used her up and thrown her out. One of them said to her: ‘In five years’ time you’ll be a crackhead out on the street and I’ll be cruising with another 14-year-old.’ Five years down the line, she is on drugs, on the streets. He – like he told her – is cruising with another 14-year-old.”

Sheila Taylor, chair of the National Working Group for Sexually Exploited Children and Young People, said: “What we’re seeing is the tip of the iceberg. This is happening in all cities and many towns. There has been no prosecution of those who sexually exploit children with trafficking legislation.”

Like many parents of victims, Christine is frustrated that the issue has continued to be ignored. “They’ve known about this happening on my estate for a long time. It’s not being dealt with because it’s such a big issue. If you acknowledge that it goes on you have to do something and they probably think they wouldn’t be able to cope with the sheer numbers.”

Nationalists will have noticed how the IoS did its best to minimise the fact that the people involved in this evil crime are mainly Asian Muslims that shouldn’t be in the country in the first place.

Unfortunately this fact is becoming more and more difficult to deny also for the unwashed leftist of the IoS.

Indeed they are caught between a rock and an hard place.

On the one hand reporting, this story is at odds with their promotion of diversity and multiculturalism but, on the other hand, ignoring it can only boost our support as people can clearly see that we are the only party willing to talk abort this problem.

And who could have believed only a few months ago that a newspaper like the IoS would report a story like that?

Very few, if any.

This is another victory for the BNP, even though we failed to get an MP elected it has never been so influential.

No wonder they are trying to bankrupt and destroy us.

1 stabbing and 3 shootings in Dagenham in the last ten days

1 stabbing and 3 shootings in Dagenham in the last ten days

Nationalists will remember that Barking & Dagenham council spent £20,000 on disciplinary action against the then BNP councillor Richard Barnbrook.

Mr Barnbrook had shot a video about a stabbing that took place in London.

He made a mistake, it later emerged that the stabbing had not taken place in Barking & Dagenham but the purpose of the video was to raise awareness about knife crime, a serious problem in London.

Nonetheless Labour councillors were more than happy to accuse Mr Barnbrook of bringing the council into disrepute even though they knew that the borough has a problem with knife and gun crimes.

The latest of these happened last week when a young man was repeatedly knifed in the street, and is now fighting for his life after a massive house party turned violent.

The 26-year-old suffered five stab wounds in the brutal attack, which is thought to have happened as revellers spilled out on to Coopers Close, Dagenham shortly after midnight on Sunday the 1st of August.

Paramedics rushed the man to Royal London Hospital, where four of his wounds were found to have damaged vital organs. He is believed to be in a critical condition.

No arrests have been made and police are speaking to witnesses.

Apparently the party-goers have been visited several times by the council after the neighbours complained about the noise.

The music was ridiculously loud and there were abut 200 people.

The Police and the council were called and after their intervention the music was turned off.

Later, people were heard screaming and it become evident that someone has been stabbed.

But if stabbings are bad enough now, so are gun crimes.

On Saturday the 31 of July, Police were called to Maxey Road, Dagenham, where they found a 23-year-old man collapsed in the street with a gunshot wound at 11.25pm.

He was rushed to the Royal London Hospital Whitechapel in an ambulance.

An eye-witness told: “There were three men in the road when someone approached them.

“They looked like they were just talking, but then one of the men fell down, one ran off and the other was screaming for help.

“I didn’t even hear a gun, but someone sped off in a brand-new BMW.

“I couldn’t believe it. This is such a quiet road normally.”

Officers from the Met’s Trident team are investigating.

This is not an isolated case, two men were in hospital this week after a horrific “car-jacking” shooting in Dagenham.

Two black men flagged down their two victims driving a Range Rover before shooting them in the neck and leg, Trident officers believe.

A 21-year-old man, who managed to escape, was left fighting for his life in an alleyway in Dunkeld Road, Dagenham, on Saturday night.

The other victim was driven at speed in the Rover before being dropped off with serious neck and leg injuries in Millhaven Close, Chadwell Heath, minutes later.

Nationalists will no doubt notice that these shootings are being investigated by Trident, an elite squad that deal with gang-related shootings and usually black-on-black crimes.

Only ten years ago gangland crimes were unheard in Barking & Dagenham, at that time residents in the borough still felt they belonged to a community, hardly surprising given that more than 90% where white British.

Then Labour decided to swamp the borough with third-world immigrants in order to dilute the electoral support of the British National Party and those enrichers brought with them the kind of crimes that plague black and Asian communities.

So if people feel too scared to go out for fear of being shot they need to blame the Labour party which created this problem in th first place.

The BNP had a plan to deal with this, we had planned to hire more Police officers (councils can hire officers from the MET) and pay for them by cutting wasteful expenditure.

Our plan would have helped everybody regardless of race but unfortunately voters believed the lies spread by antifascists groups.

Of course Labour could do the same, but this is highly unlikely, they prefer to squander money on politically correct projects and fat cat civil servants.

Let’s hope that these shootings will wake up voters and make them to realise that having the BNP in the council chamber is better than having a shooting on the doorsteps.

Romanians admit that ‘Roma’ gangs have taken root in the UK

From Simon Darby blog

I don’t know about you but my Romanian is somewhat shaky. Nevertheless not to be intimidated I’m providing an article for you from the latest edition of “Informatia Zilei”: (machine translation somewhat lacking in the syntax and grammar area, but you will get the point) ed.

BNP accuses the EU freedom of movement for “the wave of crimes” of the Romanian Gypsies in M. Kingdom
Written by Max Mioara, August 2, 2010

EU rules on free movement allow citizens to have total freedom of movement within Member States, finds British National Party in a statement entitled “EU rules on free movement caused ‘crime wave’ of the Romanian Gypsies in M. Kingdom”
“Almost immediately” after the EU accession, Romanian police has been requested by the British authorities
to investigate a series of criminal gangs because of a wave of crime “from Roma to Britain, says the party BNP (British National Party), considered an extreme-right party, present since last year in Parliament. Party, which was awarded a nationalist-fascist ideology, and is led by Nick Griffin has never managed to enter the British Parliament.
Roma crime massive scale was realized after a newspaper published information about a gang of Romanian Gypsies who have trafficked to Britain over 200 children to beg, steal and commit petty crimes, says BNP.
Romanian Gypsies – which draws attention to BNP, not to be confused with real Romanian, who are law-abiding Europeans – are part of an Indian tribe that has entered Eastern Europe long ago.
Romanian citizens are allowed to come to Britain from January 1, 2007, recalls the BNP. In the first six months of the year, police statistics showed that “Romanian citizens” are responsible for 1,080 cases of crime. During the same period of 2006, had recorded only 135 such cases. Incredibly, Romanian authorities reported that crime rates fell to their country, because gypsies have export activities in M. Kingdom, underlines BNP.
BNP Press cites a statement by Stan Bîtlan, Ialomita police chief, who said that “there is a connection between what happens here (in Romania – No) and the UK. No matter what they in the UK, appears here in Romania, as luxury cars and houses, “the Romanian official said.
Tandarei mayor, where he held the latest police operation, said in 2007 that there was a decrease in crime in his city, showing BNP.
A secret document from the Interior Ministry press arrived in 2007 estimated that 45,000 potential criminals from Romania and Bulgaria have arrived in Britain, British nationalists recall, on Tuesday.
In the latest incident, 26 gypsies were arrested in connection with gangs Tandarei trafficked children. Prisoners risk being charged with child trafficking, money laundering, criminal association with a group organized and illegal possession of weapons. Children were under the control of a gang member in the UK and were used to “earn money” by begging, washing windshields, thefts from pockets and shops, exemplified in the closing communique BNP.

£30m Turkish heroin smuggler avoids deportation thanks to obscure law, and ‘Yooman Rights’

£30m Turkish heroin smuggler avoids deportation thanks to obscure law, and ‘Yooman Rights’

How many immigrants have committed serious crimes in the UK and then could not be deported because in doing so it would breach their human rights? (far too many) ed

The latest example is a Turkish drug trafficker sentenced to 20 years’ imprisonment for his role in one of Britain’s largest-ever heroin seizures and cannot now be deported because of an obscure European law.

The man, who was a senior member of an international drugs gang, arranged to smuggle £30 million of heroin into Britain hidden inside the fuel tank of an articulated lorry.

The Home Office spent two years trying to deport Ali Osman Gok after he was freed from prison in 2008.

But his lawyers successfully overturned their efforts by mounting a lengthy series of appeals, focusing on a little-known, 30-year-old treaty between the EU and Turkey which mainly deals with import duty on fruit and vegetables.

Gok, 40, who lives in north London with his wife and two daughters, is now free to remain in Britain indefinitely.

Immigration campaigners have described the decision as “ridiculous” and have criticised lawyers for using “obscure” rules to prevent deportation of serious criminals.

The treaty which enabled Gok win his case governs tariffs on goods between Turkey and Europe, and includes a detailed list of aubergines, watermelons, marrows and other foodstuffs covered by the agreement.

Known as “Decision 1/80 of the Association Council of September 19, 1980″, it also includes a number of “social provisions” which were the key element of the case put forward by Gok’s solicitor.

It meas that Turkish nationals can only be denied the right to live and work in European Community states if they pose a “specific risk of new and serious prejudice to the requirements of public policy”.

The Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (AIT) made its decision despite hearing that Gok had been a key member of one of the biggest heroin smuggling plots the UK has ever seen.

The plot saw 345lbs (157 kilograms) of heroin smuggled through a British port hidden in a secret compartment in a Slovenian-registered truck.

Police used a helicopter and plain clothes officers to observe the lorry’s progress through Folkestone and around the M25 to the Rookery Cafe on the Great North Road at Welham Green, Hertfordshire, where the driver transferred the drugs from the customised fuel tank to the cab.

Shortly afterwards police intercepted the lorry, and arrested the driver as well as Gok and his co-defendant Mahir Kaynar.

Gok’s crime was described as “despicable” by the trial judge who sentenced him to 30 years’ imprisonment, later reduced to 20 years by the Court of Appeal. He served a total of nine years and three months before being released in February 2008.

The AIT Judge, Peter Moulden, said: “It is clear that his offence, involving the importation of a very large quantity of heroin worth at street value in the region of £30 million, was an offence with the potential to do enormous damage to many people.

“There was no doubt that when he was convicted the appellant posed a serious and current threat to public policy and security and there was likely to be a propensity to re-offend.

“However, that was in 1997 and I must consider the position now.”

He added: “Looking at all the evidence in the round I find that the appellant does not pose a genuine or sufficiently serious threat to one of the fundamental interests of society.”

Sir Andrew Green, chairman of Migrationwatch, said: “This is getting increasingly ridiculous. If a major drugs smuggler can’t be thrown out then who can be?

“Lawyers are finding one obscure means after another to prevent the deportation of serious criminals who we would be much better off without.”

The drug smuggler launched his appeal against deportation based on Article 8 of the European Convention of Human Rights, which guarantees the right to a family life.

Gok argued that he had a 13-year-old daughter and an infant daughter born after his release from prison who would suffer if he was deported.

He also argued that he would be at risk of retribution from Turkish criminals who helped organise the plot.

Because the court accepted his argument on Decision 1/80, the AIT made no further ruling on the human rights arguments.

A Home Office spokesman said: “We were very disappointed with the court’s ruling in this case and it was in the public’s interest that we tried to remove this individual from the UK.

“Any foreign criminal serving more than 12 months in prison is automatically considered for deportation.”

Earlier this year The Sunday Telegraph disclosed that an Iraqi immigrant who stabbed two doctors to death had been awarded the right to stay in Britain by the AIT because he would pose a danger to the public in his homeland.

So according to Judge Peter Moulden Mr Gok doesn’t pose a serious threat to society, how the scum must be sniggering at our stupidity and gullibility.

I’m speechless, and this is the kind of marxist nonsense that makes nationalists fume with anger. These laws come from the EU commission and their bloated bureaucracy. We seethe with righteous anger because nothing can be done to change things while we are tied to Brussels by a noose about our necks.

But the answer is so simple! To hell with ‘yooman rights’, these animals that deal in death deserve no sympathy and if retribution is taken against them in their home country then so be it.

If foreign drug dealers were deported the amount of drugs smuggled in the UK would drop overnight.

The corrupt establishment needs to keep the unwashed thugs of UAF happy so they can carry on threatening BNP members with violence, and making heroin freely available is a way to buy their support.

Maybe the judge is right, after all the real threat is that the people are slowly waking up and becoming aware of the new world order.

Jail for man who threw eggs at Shaleeda ‘Baroness’ Warsi

Jail for man who threw eggs at Shaleeda ‘Baroness’ Warsi

We reported yesterday that a man was on trial for assaulting Shaleeda Warsi.

Nationalists will be interested to know that the 23-year-old man was found guilty today of throwing eggs at the Tory ‘peer’.

Shaleeda Warsi, now chairperson (sic) of the Conservative Party, was visiting Luton last November when she was attacked.

Gavin Reid, of Green Close, Luton, was sentenced to six weeks in prison at City of Westminster Magistrates’ Court today after being found guilty of an offence under the Public Order Act.

Magistrate Elizabeth Roscoe said: “Throwing eggs goes beyond legitimate political protest and is quite clearly disorderly behaviour and it is also threatening, abusive and insulting behaviour.”

We agree with the Magistrates Court, but it is incredible that the hypocrites did not show the same zeal when BNP Chairman Nick Griffin was pelted with eggs, and darts were thrown at him and his colleagues by antifascist thugs on Parliament Green a few days after he was elected MEP.

Not only did the Police not send the file to the CPS but Labour MP Diane Abbott claimed that throwing eggs was a great British tradition.

Also nationalists might recall that the Daily Star was offering money to anyone who was willing to throw a pukka pie at Mr Griffin.

I suppose we should not be surprised, after all the justice system uses the law not to fight crime, but to prosecute anyone who dares to disagree with mass immigration and multiculturalism.

Police to take no action against electoral fraud in Tower Hamlets

Police to take no action against electoral fraud in Tower Hamlets

It is a very well known fact that Tower Hamlets is one of the boroughs in Britain where electoral fraud is most prevalent.

Accusations of rigged postal ballots and bogus addresses have been going on for years, and this problem gained prominence nationwide when a journalist for The Independent was assaulted a few weeks before the election because he was investigating this electoral fraud.

Nationalists will be not be surprised to hear that detectives investigating allegations of voter fraud said there are no cases to answer, but their conclusions have been rejected by East End politicians.

Police from the specialist operations branch have looked into allegations of voter fraudulently registered at addresses in the run up to this May’s general, local and mayoral referendum. A Met Police spokeswoman said: “After extensive enquiries, no offences were disclosed and no further action will be taken currently based on the information gathered during the investigation.”

Abjol Miah from Tower Hamlets Respect party said: “We have got some serious concerns. There has been a lot of anecdotal evidence from people coming in, but people are not willing to come forward.”

Tower Hamlets Conservative leader Peter Golds agreed. He said: “I have never been asked for a full statement, had I done so I would have provided details of someone who would have said on oath that they had seen people filling in multiple forms.

This should surprise nobody, electoral fraud has been allowed to flourish so Labour could cling to power, but the Conservatives and the Lib-Dems have been investigated in other parts of Britain too and so they are involved as well.

It might be that the Police stopped the investigation because they didn’t want to ‘upset’ the Asian community and also to stop ‘youths’ from rioting.

This is the reality of Tower Hamlets today, a place where native Britons have been reduced to a minority in their own ghetto, and where the invaders have brought with them all the habits from their backward homelands.

Refugee who lied about kidnap to get a bigger house is facing jail

Refugee who lied about kidnap to get a bigger house is facing jail

Nationalists know that all those claiming asylum in the UK are scroungers, whose one goal is to milk as much as they can from our benefit system.

Further confirmation comes from the Evening Standard which reported that a mother of five tried to get a bigger house by making up a story that she had been kidnapped, and now she is facing time in jail.

Yurup Ismael told police that her ex-husband had abducted her. But she was lying in an attempt to climb Harrow’s housing ladder.

It was revealed in a costly investigation, that the man she had accused of the crime was in prison at the time. She had simply wanted to be given a bigger house in a nicer, safer neighbourhood to keep her away from him.

Ismael, 48, pleaded guilty to charges of perverting the course of justice and fraud by false representation. Amother charge of fraud by false representation was not pursued.

Prosecutor Dipan Vavsali said: “The case is being put that she used the allegation of kidnap in order to obtain a better home.” Ismael, originally from Somalia, was given refugee status by Holland and became a Dutch national.

In 1999 she left Holland. She arrived in Milton Keynes in 2000 and held a tenancy there. Then in August 2002 she applied to Harrow council as homeless owing to domestic violence.

The council accepted a homelessness duty to her in October 2002 and she has been accommodated by the council since, moving to her current home in College Hill Road, Harrow Weald, in July last year.

At the time of her alleged abduction, jobless Ismael was in temporary accommodation at Exeter Road, Rayners Lane.

Ismael, who has two daughters aged 13 and 18 and three sons aged four, six and 16, is due to be sentenced at Harrow crown court by Recorder David Halpern, QC.

The case comes days after a family of former asylum seekers receiving £2,000 a week in housing benefit to live in a £2.1 million Kensington property were told they can stay in their home.

Somali refugees Abdi and Sayruq Nur and their seven children moved into the three-storey home last month — near neighbours including designer Stella McCartney and artist Lucian Freud — after saying they did not like a £900-a-week home in Kensal Green.

And mother of seven Toorpakai Saiedi, 35, has received £170,000 a year in benefits — £150,000 of it to rent her seven-bedroom house in west London.

Ealing council paid the £12,458-a-month bill, which is five times the normal rent for a similar home in the same road.

The £1.2 million house has three reception rooms, two kitchens and a 100ft garden.

Suppose you are a white and British who has lived in this country all your live, paid your taxes and need new accommodation to get away from your violent partner.

Would the council give you a bigger house in a nicer, safer neighbourhood?

We know the answer, don’t we?

A Travesty of Justice

A Travesty of Justice

I apologise for the lateness of this piece, but the video has just come to my attention.
I give you an example of the depth to which our supposed ‘justice’ system has fallen. It behoves me to present for your disgust, a travesty of so called ‘justice’ for a BNP activist, Peter Tierney.

Liverpool BNP
British National Party Liverpool super activist Peter Tierney has been found guilty of “attacking” a Communist Party front organisation member by a Liverpool Court despite clear CCTV footage showing the leftist thug starting the physical confrontation.

Mr Tierney was part of a group of BNP supporters who were handing out leaflets on St George’s Day in the Liverpool city centre this year.

The BNP group had had decided to leave the St John’s Gardens area after the arrival of the far leftists precisely because they wished to avoid a confrontation.

The CCTV footage, which was submitted in court, clearly showed that the protagonist, one Nicholas Barnett, was the one to first start the physical attack.

Mr Tierney stepped in to defend the BNP activists so attacked, one of whom was carrying a board and unable to properly defend himself.

It was this act of self defence for which the Liverpool Court has now found Mr Tierney guilty.

The CCTV video has been released for the public to decide for themselves and can be viewed below.

The far leftist assault starts at 0.49 into the video clip, where the thug Barnett (in the white shirt) can be seen storming the BNP group from the left hand side.

The next few seconds shows Mr Tierney defending the group from the assault.

Astonishingly, the thug Barnett, a member of the openly violent “Merseyside Coalition against Racism and Fascism” admitted in court that he had stormed the group but claimed he was “just running past them.”

The thug Barnett claimed in court that the reason why he had “run past” the BNP group was to “get ahead of them to hand out leaflets,” but the CCTV footage clearly shows that he was carrying no leaflets when he made his charge.

It is still unknown why the court failed to take this obvious lie into account.

Last night Mr Tierney said he was still considering his options and that an appeal was the most likely course of action, given the CCTV evidence which the court had ignored.

Jail for asylum seeker conman who took Children in Need cash

Jail for asylum seeker conman who took Children in Need cash

Theft is bad, but stealing money intended for starving children is one of the worst things a person can do.

One such person is an asylum seeker who conned charities, including BBC’s Children in Need into paying him £42,000 in grants has been jailed for three years and seven months.

Moses Bushiri, 48, claimed to be helping refugees from war and genocide settle into British society through his Central African Association.

He convinced backers — which also included the Big Lottery Fund and the Welsh Assembly Government — to fund his bogus charity.

As a result of his charitable work, he was presented with a Millennium Award Certificate by the Big Lottery Fund, and was also named an “Ambassador for Peace”.

But once he received the awards the Burundian conman pocketed the cash. Jailing Bushiri at Southwark crown court, Judge David Higgins described him as “thoroughly dishonest” and said the convictions would undermine public confidence in charities.

He added: “Your criminal wrongdoing was premeditated, systematic, sustained and sophisticated.

“A grosser breach of trust to the charity — and therefore to other asylum seekers genuinely in need — and also a greater abuse of this country’s sympathetic approach to asylum applications, would be difficult to imagine. As far as you were concerned, from the outset, the principal motive was dishonestly to generate a personal income from the charitable funds, for you to spend as you saw fit. The public is rightly outraged by such conduct.”

The court had heard that Bushiri came to this country as an asylum seeker from Burundi in July 2001.

He set up the Central African Association in Cardiff apparently to help refugees from the region settle in Wales.

Between 2001 to 2004, the CAA obtained grants totalling £42,000. While some of that money was used to fund networking events, at least £20,000 was simply pocketed by the defendant.

In a joint statement issued today Children in Need, the Big Lottery Fund and the Wales Council for Voluntary Action said: “As funders of charities affected by this criminal activity we very much welcome the conviction and today’s sentence. Today’s sentence supports our shared commitment as funders of charities, to vigorously pursue any such abuse of funding.”

Father-of-three Bushiri, of Smethwick, West Midlands, was convicted of six counts of obtaining a money transfer by deception and two of false accounting. He admitted a further count of false accounting and one of forgery.

It would be interesting to know what the grounds were for someone from Burundi being given the right to stay in the UK, but I suspect we all know the answer.

Mr Bushiri should be kicked out of Britain now, I don’t see why British taxpayers should pay for him to spend time in a British prison with all the comforts that many pensioners can only dream of.

As for nationalists they should stop giving money to those charities because very little of it reaches the people that actually need help.

Nice work if you can get it

Nice work if you can get it

How easy is it to con us out of £170,000?
I will tell you. Get your family and friends to conspire to commit fraud, and then use the system to enrich yourself. perfect planning prevents piss poor performance! Unless you get too greedy and someone wants a part of the action, then you are in trouble.

Sinniah Pathnmanathan, one of eight members of his family found guilty of benefit fraud. He received a 12-month suspended sentence because of ill-health

A family of benefit cheats who owned a property portfolio worth £1.5million were today jailed for fraudulently claiming £170,000 in housing allowances.

The complex scam involved eight members of the Pathmanathan family, some of who drove Porsche and BMW sports cars.

One member of the family would apply for a mortgage, often using false information, and then rent the house to a relative.

The tenant would hide the fact they were related to their supposed landlord and claim housing benefit on the property, which was funnelled straight into mortgage repayments.

The Pathmanathans even drew up bogus tenancy agreements to try and hide the fact they were ripping off taxpayers.

Premkumar Pathmanathan, 46, got 14 months; his brother Sivakumar Pathmanathan, 43, got 15 months; Nalliah Kowridas, 43, received a 15-month sentence and Shamini Kowridas, 38, was jailed for six months.

Premkumar’s wife Kalaivany Premkumar, 40, received a 12-month suspended sentence and was ordered to do 150 hours unpaid work.

Elderly Sinniah Pathmanathan, 78, also got a 12-month suspended sentence because of his poor health; while Sittampalam Soundrasritharan received ten months suspended for a year.

The case was brought by Harrow and Brent councils in north London where the family owned the five properties involved.

Harrow Council spokesman Graham Henson said today: ‘This was a cynical and premeditated scam by a family bent on living the high life while honest taxpayers footed the bill.

‘We’re are very pleased with the court’s decision and will now be taking steps to recover the money and return it to the public purse.

‘In these tough economic times it’s essential housing benefit goes to those people in real need, and not to fraudsters driving Porsches and BMWs.

‘I hope the verdict sends a message that if you claim money you are not entitled to, we will catch up with you.’

“Yeah fat chance” they only got caught cos someone grassed them up.

A Tale of Two Videos

A Tale of Two Videos

The video below shows the lengths to which apologists for supposed “white racists” (that means all you out there who are opposed to demographic annihilation by foreign races) will go to appease the enrichers of our country. These appeasers will crawl on bended knees over broken glass to show they are sorry for the lack of “respec” and support for the ‘enrichers’ shown by the indigenous of Great Britain.

I despair of our Church when I see a man of the cloth sucking up to a ‘cult’, whose only wish is the destruction of that Church.

Then we have George Galloway (has he converted to the ‘cult’ of the dead paedophile) the voice of Marxism, preaching hate towards the ethnic white minority in East London, warning them that if they even attempt to touch the beard of a follower of the dead paedophile they will have to march over 10,000 dead bodies! Does this statement come within the purview of the EHRC?
He seems to be saying that if a Kaffir even thinks of going to an area in London controlled by the ‘cult’ he will be summarily chastised. Well if what he says is true then the often used phrase ‘NO GO AREA’ will be shown to have a basis in fact, he is damned by his own words.
‘White hate’ crimes are on the increase, and it is people like him who further the agenda of the Hegelian Dialectic.

Now we have another hate crime, the hate crime that cannot be allowed oxygen. The hate crime of truth, a crime only recognised as a such by the likes of Trevor Phillips, George Galloway, Diane Abbot, Tony Blair, Simon Hughes, David Cameron, Jack Straw, Nick Clegg, Pieman Prescott, Draylon Bonnett, Anjem Choudrey, Common Purpose blah blah blah, ad nauseam, you get the point?

How does the above video compare to the one below?
The one below tells the truth, and the above is economical with it.

Witness the slant put on the following video by the EUBBC, (the BBC received a £5000,000 loan from the EU by the way) all the memes are there, “far right” “racist” blah blah. Ignore the weasel words of the presenter, she is reading from a prepared and PC script, if the bimbo had a mind of her own she would pop her remaining brain cells.
The result was a verdict of Not Guilty. What is the difference between the two videos?
Nick Griffin was taken to court for telling the truth, and Galloway is still free to peddle his lies.

Tony Bamber cleared of ‘Hate Crime’

Tony Bamber cleared of ‘Hate Crime’

The CPS get a kick in the teeth, and deservedly so. ‘Lancashire Evening Post’
Tony Bamber spoke the truth, even the court says so. Drugs kill, and the importers of such are in the main, of non ethnic origin.
Despite the best efforts of Detective Supt Neil Hunter to convict the former lecturer the court found for the defendant.

A BNP activist from Lancashire who wrote and distributed leaflets which blamed Muslims collectively for the heroin trade has been cleared of intending to incite religious hatred.

Anthony Bamber, 54, told a jury his intention was to create a debate about the “crime against humanity” that was the flow of the drug on to Britain’s streets.

He was responsible for heading a campaign which sent up to 30,000 of the leaflets by hand or post to targeted areas and individuals throughout the north of England over a 12-month period.

Bamber, of Greenbank Street, Preston pleaded not guilty to seven counts of distributing threatening written material intended to stir up religious hatred between March and November 2008. He was cleared by a jury at Preston Crown Court of all seven counts.

Representing himself, Bamber said there had been “no unpleasant incidents or social unrest” following the sending of the leaflets. Giving evidence last week, he explained they were targeted at educated professionals such as teachers, doctors, lawyers and clerics who were unlikely to take physical retribution against Muslims upon reading the literature. His aim was to create curiosity and interest which would then lead to a debate, he said.

The former part-time lecturer of politics and economics at the University of Central Lancashire in Preston said: “It was a desire to protest at what I say is a monstrous abomination. I believe I have the right to protest about the heroin trade.

“There are 400,000 heroin users in this country which is the equivalent of the size of a city like Liverpool. Half of these people are going to die. I wanted to scream out, I wanted society to pay much more attention to the heroin trade. It is ignored.”

He added: “I do not want religious war, I do not want people to hate. I intended to do something about the heroin trade. I was not a monster stirring up religious hatred. I think it should be discussed and debated, and it will come (round) to my opinion that it is a crime against humanity. I believe I was doing a good thing.”

Opening the case, David Perry QC, prosecuting, said the leaflets were filled with “hate speech” in which the obvious intention was to provoke hatred of Muslims.

Following the verdict, Detective Supt Neil Hunter, of Lancashire Constabulary’s Force Major Investigation Team, said: “While we are disappointed with today’s decision, we accept the decision of the court. We have worked very closely with the Crown Prosecution Service throughout this inquiry and careful consideration was given before any decision to charge was made.”

Liar soaking up the sun in Mauritius

Liar soaking up the sun in Mauritius

The white hater and serial liar Noor Ramjanally has miraculously escaped incarceration since his lies were found out. He is now believed to be at home in Mauritius after his successful economic sojourn in our fair islands, to which he was welcomed as an illegal immigrant after overstaying as a tourist and being given all the benefits that the NuLabour government could bestow on him.
Why was a suspect in a criminal act out on bail allowed to remove himself from the justice system without the knowledge of the Border Control Agency?
I was under the impression that the protection of our country was in the hands of the Sherriff’s, and not the cowboys!!! And what does the presiding Judge do?

The jury were told by Judge Karen Walden-Smith ‘not to carry out independent research’. LMHOPMSL.

Before his trial at Chelmsford Crown Court, he sent police a taunting email from the Indian Ocean island, telling them: ‘I am enjoying the sun.’

By Andrew Hough
Published: 8:00AM BST 09 Jun 2010

The 36 year-old (liar, Noor Ramjanally) falsely claimed he was abducted at knifepoint by racist thugs from the far-right wing political party after being subjected to hate mail and an arson attack, Chelmsford Crown Court was told.
He had told police he had feared for his life when he was kidnapped in broad daylight from his home in Loughton, Essex on August 24 last year and bundled into a car, it was claimed.
Ramjanally then claimed he was driven to nearby Epping Forest where he was threatened and warned to stop holding prayer sessions he had organised falsely claimed he was abducted at knifepoint by racist thugs from the far-right wing political party after being subjected to hate mail and an arson attack, Chelmsford Crown Court was told.
He had told police he had feared for his life when he was kidnapped in broad daylight from his home in Loughton, Essex on August 24 last year and bundled into a car, it was claimed.
Ramjanally then claimed he was driven to nearby Epping Forest where he was threatened and warned to stop holding prayer sessions he had organised.
But he was caught out lying after detectives viewed CTTV footage from secret cameras installed to protect him after his previous claims that he was being targeted by racist opponents, prosecutors said.
The court heard that at the time of his alleged abduction he was actually “wandering around Homebase”.
Ramjanally, a married father of one, stood trial in his absence on Tuesday charged with one count of perverting the course of justice.
The jury were not told why he did not attend court and were warned by Judge Karen Walden-Smith not to carry out independent research.
Matthew Gowan, prosecuting, told the court that Ramjanally’s story about the alleged kidnapping was “complete bunkum”.
He said that Ramjanally had made up his claims in a call to police that he had been taken by force and later threatened to stop holding Muslim prayer groups.
The court was told that he was one of a group of people who had formed the Islamic community groups, which had allegedly created a “background of tension” that he blamed the BNP for whipping up.
After he had founded the groups several months earlier, he reported a number of incidents to police including a “malicious letter, abuse in the street and a firebomb attack on the front door of his flat.
Mr Gowan said after being released without harm Ramjanally told the media that he believed the far right British National party were responsible for his kidnap.
“It was complete bunkum. He didn’t know one crucial piece of information, a vital piece of the jigsaw puzzle,” Mr Gowan told the court.
“Because of the tensions in the area and the allegations he made during the summer, police were worried about his own safety and unbeknown to him, in order to prevent and detect crime they placed covert secret CCTV cameras in the flat where he lived.
“The prosecution case is that at the time of this abduction was said to have taken place Mr Ramjanally can be shown to be somewhere else.”
He added: “Nothing particular was happening. There is footage of him leaving his flat on his own, going down the stairs on his own and he takes a taxi to Homebase.”
Mr Gowan said that after trawling the CCTV footage, police discovered Ramjanally had walked to the spot on the edge of the forest, where he claimed he was taken by the BNP, where he was seen dialling 999.
The jury were also shown footage from two hidden cameras at his home before he made the call that showed Ramjanally leaving his home, getting into a taxi and being driven to Homebase.
After his arrest Ramjanally told police in a statement that he had got a taxi to Homebase and had walked home before being abducted. But Mr Gowan said that timing did not fit in with the evidence.
Ramjanally denied the charge at an earlier hearing.
The trial continues.

Not anymore it doesn’t

A muslim leader yesterday given a jail term for falsely claiming to have been kidnapped by BNP members is thought to be in his native Mauritius after skipping bail.
Noor Ramjanally, 36, was sentenced in his absence to two years (laying on a Mauritian beach) after a jury at Chelmsford crown court, Essex, found him guilty of perverting justice.

Cabbies’ wages threatened by foreign workers

Cabbies’ wages threatened by foreign workers

We showed a video the from Richard Barnbrook and Chris Roberts a few days ago explaining how Boris Johnson had betrayed Black cab drivers.

This should surprise nobody, after all the Mayor of London is campaigning for an amnesty for the one million or so illegal immigrants living in London and therefore he doesn’t care about native Britons.

And he is not alone.

Canterbury, Kent, is at the centre of a foreign jobs row after a local taxi boss admitted hiring 54 drivers from 42 different countries.

According to an article published by the Daily Express only six of the 60-strong workforce at Cab Co are from the UK.

The rest come from nations as diverse as Afghanistan, Albania, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cyprus, China, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia and Spain.

The firm’s boss, Robert Jones, said his foreign drivers are better workers than the English.

“That’s the big difference,” said Mr Jones, “The Englishman comes to work, gets to a certain level and goes home.

“He doesn’t want to work any more than that. They’re more than happy to be getting home.

“But the foreign boys will carry on.

“If there’s a job, they’ll do it.”

He said he employs drivers from “all over the place”, not just EU countries, and that his local council vets all their visas before licences are issued.

British drivers say they have suffered a devastating fall in fares after the influx of migrant cabbies.

Independent driver Chris Olding claims the foreign “invasion” had cost locals £300 a week in fares.

“It’s not the recession, it’s the new drivers,” he said.

“There are more and more coming from Eastern Europe.”

Immigration watchdogs branded the trend typical of how working conditions were becoming intolerable for British workers.

Sir Andrew Green, chairman of MigrationWatch UK, said: “This is a clear example of how working conditions for many British workers are deteriorating. They are facing competition from immigrant workers who can afford to work for less or longer hours.

“It is no wonder employers and organisations are so keen on immigration – it’s good for profits but not for British workers.”

Dave Spearman, a driver in Canterbury for 15 years, added: “It’s like the United Nations these days – you’ve got boys from Poland, Turkey, Lithuania, you name it.

“I’m not having a go at them personally. All the fellas get on really well. It’s just hard to earn a decent wage with so many coming in.”

Colin Mitchell, a driver in the city for 20 years, said: “I also blame the council for approving their licences.”

He claimed that he made £900 a week two years ago but that his takings have now gone down to £600 or £700 a week at best since the arrival of migrant drivers began to impact on his trade.

By contrast, the foreign drivers are said to be raking in up to £1,000 a week. But to do so they regularly work for longer than 70 hours a week.

Turkish driver Mustafa Ustabas said: “It’s an open market.

“If you are willing to work and can work legally, then nobody has the right to stop you.

“Robert Jones is only looking out for himself.

“I can understand from his point of view. He makes more money.”

Canterbury city council spokesman said: “All licensed taxi drivers have either a British passport or a permit to live and work here.

“If someone is legally entitled to a licence then they can have one and there is no cap on the number of licences issued.”

Once again the interest of British workers have been sacrificed to appease the greed of ruthless employers.

Nationalists can see again yet again the usual argument that foreigners are more hard working than Britons is used to justify mass immigration.

There are two aspects to this story.

The first is about morality.

Whereas no one condone idleness and laziness, the fact is that people are not machines and it’s reasonable for workers to expect to work only a certain amount of hours so they can have time to enjoy themselves with their families.

Treating workers with contempt because they refuse to work long hours is clearly unacceptable, especially when the reason for long hours is to make rich employers richer and fatter.

But there is also a health and safety issue here.

Apparently there are drivers who work more than 70 hours a week.

How safe is a passenger if the driver who picks him/her up works more than 12 hours a day?

Surely those drivers that work 12 hour shifts lose concentration and are more likely to be involved in car accidents because they are tired.

This is another example of the negative effects of mass immigration and the misery it’s causing to British workers.

The only positive aspect is that those betrayed cabbies may become BNP supporters and it may help us to get the first BNP councillor elected to Canterbury City Council next year.
