Never before in the history of the British National Party started in 1982 has the expression ‘playing by the rules’ been so relevant. In the heat of politics, people very often forget that, regardless of personal views, we must always stick to fairplay and proper behaviour. The Romans had another expression: Res, Non Verba (Facts, Not Words). When we face the courts of justice and the courts of public opinion we must remember that there are many rules that we might unwittingly ignore, sometimes simply because we are not forcefully aware of the entire legal framework. Whatever justifications we might think that we have, the said justifications could even work against us. Sometimes remorse or publicly expressed regret can be used as evidence of guilt and wrongdoing.

When I joined the British National Party almost ten years ago, I made a conscious decision to play by the rules. I was painfully aware of the fact that individual weaknesses can lead to the demise of an entire organization. During the recent nomination process for the leadership election, I stood outside the said process with the aim of being absolutely impartial to protect something that is more precious than any individual political ambitions. Before all individual political ambitions, the British National Party comes first because without a British National Party our hopes and aspirations would be dead in the water.

I do not criticize any of my fellow party members. They all had their own individuals reasons, their own individual justifications, to do what they did and to adopt the positions they have adopted. But, as I have stated before, reasons and justifications come a cropper when confronted with facts that contradict them. So this is a time to be reasonable and to be patient for, in the end, facts will speak for themselves. After the Storm, we will have to pick up the pieces to continue fighting for what we believe.

I have also become aware of the fact that personal circumstances, very private circumstances, are stopping some of our peoples from performing to the best of their abilities. When things go right, we all congratulate ourselves. When things go wrong, it is the time for understanding and it is the time to redouble our efforts to keep the family together.

One of the arguments used by the antifascists to deter people voting BNP is to deliver smear leaflets accusing BNP councillors of being useless, ineffective and failing to attend meetings.

Nationalists know that there are BNP councillors that are hardworking but the MSM never say a word about them as this would be against the NUJ guidelines.

Luckily most councils have a copy of the annual report on their website and everyone can see how many meetings a councillor actually attended in a given local authority.

In Morley Town Council BNP councillor Joanna Beverley has the best record attendance as she went to all the council meetings.

However what is interesting about this local authority is that the councillors that regularly attack Mrs Beverley have such a poor attendance record.

Morley Borough Independent councillors Richard and Helen Benson were the very worst of a bad MBI bunch. The pair failed to attend a single Council meeting, and only managed to avoid being booted off the council due to non-attendance by dragging themselves along to a few committee meetings. In the case of Richard Benson, this meant attending 2 out of 14 meetings of the Finance and General Purposes Committee.

Helen Benson attended one out of the 10 meetings of the Morley Entertainments Sub-Committee and 2 of the 14 meetings of the Community Development Committee.

The combined Benson attendance at committee or council meetings for the 2009-10 year was a laughable 9.6%.

Fellow MBI Party councillors Mary Hicks and Judith Elliott also attended less than half of the council meetings held, and for many of Morley’s ‘independents’ things got even worse at committee level.

Judith Elliott, for example, managed to turn up to a single meeting of the Civic Duties Sub-Committee, and missed the other eleven. Terence Grayshon attended two out of fourteen Community Development Committee meetings and failed to attend a single one of the ten meetings of the Morley Entertainments Sub-Committee.

The Director General of the BBC has come out and said that the BBC ‘used to be biased towards the left’ but that ‘the BBC has changed.’ Mmm…. mmm… and more mmm… I worked for the BBC from 1989 until 1994 and believe me that they are still extremely selective regarding how they choose to cover stories and the stories they choose to cover. Fortunately, in view of the present financial environment, they might be forced to change.

Even when they try and imitate private mass media, they still come a cropper. They failed to capitalize on massive amounts of money given by British taxpayers and now they face a backlash when practically every branch of the public sector is facing cuts of not less than 25%. Worried about the License Fee? Is this what has caused this sudden show of mea culpa?

When it comes to political coverage, we have been forced to swallow orchestrated and manipulated interviews ‘with members of the public that were casually passing by.’  Watching much of the said coverage I was constanly reminded of the propaganda campaign of the Communist Party in China, talking about how beautiful everything was when people were being shot at Tian-an-men Square, about marvellous architecture when in rural areas people were starving to death and you had to gather several people to have a mouth with the right number of teeth.

It is like a scene of the novel Candide of Voltaire, a scene where both Candide and Dr. Pangloss are about to be killed. Candide cries and cries, but Dr. Pangloss says that everything is fine and nothing could be better. I am fed up of the BBC’s ideological optimism and of the equally ideological manipulated rejection of those who do not share their views of the World.

I do not want a BBC attached to any ideology or any political party or any vested interest. I want a BBC able to deliver the truth, all the truth and nothing but the truth. The BBC is not a Church. They shouldn’t be telling us what we should believe or what we shouldn’t believe.

The same weekend that nationalists attended the indigenous family weekend more than a million people attended a “largely peaceful” Notting Hill Carnival at the weekend, marred only by a handful of thugs throwing stones at police.

Scotland Yard said overall crime was down by almost a third with 235 arrests over the two days, most of them for drugs offences.

More than 5,000 officers were on duty in a £6 million policing operation which saw few outbreaks of trouble in its 47th year and a weekend of mostly good weather.

Mayor Boris Johnson was among more than 600,000 revellers who turned out for the climax of Europe’s largest street festival — bathed in glorious bank holiday Monday sunshine after heavy showers had drenched the crowds of about 400,000 who lined the three-and-a-half mile route to watch the Children’s Day parade on Sunday.

Thousands of colourfully dressed dancers followed the floats. Organisers estimate revellers consumed five tons of chicken and 25,000 bottles of rum while some 16,000 records were played at 41 sound systems.

“Champagne” Lewis, 40, who runs an after-school club, came down from Manchester with two friends.
She said: “We come every year and it just gets better and better. It’s so exciting, I feel like a child on Christmas Eve. I love it.”

Eva Jackson, 25, and her friend Mariska Cornelis, 26, flew from Rotterdam. Ms Jackson said: “It’s so much fun, we come every year. Our whole plane was full of people coming to the carnival. The Netherlands is very multi-cultural and there’s a carnival in Rotterdam but it’s nothing like this.”

Police used mobile metal detectors and number-plate recognition cameras to put a security ring around the event. More than 20 people had weapons seized and a gun was found in a car.

Chief Inspector Jo Edwards said the “largely peaceful and fun-filled” event was marred by a small element who threw stones and bottles at police as night fell yesterday.

She said: “Most carnival-goers had a fantastic time. However, as we have seen in previous years, last night saw some people determined to try to ruin it for others who simply wanted to enjoy a day out.”

Scotland Yard said 235 people had been arrested, slightly up on last year’s 222.

In a separate operation British Transport Police arrested 53 people on the Underground and trains.

The vast majority of arrests were for drugs offences, although there were also four arrests for firearms offences, 20 for carrying knives and other weapons, three for robbery and two for GBH.

Two stabbing victims were among a total of 706 people dealt with by the London Ambulance Service.

On tuesday morning hundreds of cleaners moved in to sweep away tons of rubbish. Kensington and Chelsea’s refuse contractor Sita UK said it hoped to be the first waste-disposal company to send all the rubbish from a festival for recycling.

So the Metropolitan Police was delighted because an unspecified number of thugs (we would like to know now many) just threw stones and bottles at them and only two people were stabbed.

If these incidents are not serious I wonder what the enrichers need to do in order to convince the Police that this event should be banned for security reasons.

If there was a drop in the crime figures it was probably due to the bad weather on Sunday keeping a lot of people away.

Nationalists will have noticed that the GLA can find £6m to pay for the policing of this Afro-Caribbean event but it claims it has no funds for St George Day’ celebrations.

When the treacherous liberals claim that the carnival is an important multicultural event they do have a point, it demonstrates everything that is wrong with mass immigration and multiculturalism.

The history of this celebration can be traced back to the late ’50 when West Indians rioted in 1958 after some of them were the victims of racist attacks.

The first wave of West Indians settled in Notting Hill because it was the only place they could find any accommodation, and clearly the indigenous Britons living there didn’t want to see their area turning in a Caribbean ghetto and they becoming the minority.

There is some truth in that, but at that time the situation was created by the government when it allowed the first immigration wave from the Caribbean on the grounds that they were needed to fill job vacancies.

Of course there is no justification for any racist assault but if native Britons were angry it was because no one asked them if they wanted their area to be enriched in the first place.

Sound familiar?
Yes, because Notting Hill was the prelude to what was going to happen in other parts of Britain in the following decades.

The carnival may be an example of what is great about multicultural London but the muggings, stabbings and assaults on Police officers that take place during this event act as a reminder of the negative effects of third world immigration that have brought many kind of crimes (such as gang-related crimes) that were previously unheard off.

Western forces fighting in Southern Afghanistan had a problem. Too often, soldiers on patrol passed an older man walking hand-in-hand with a pretty young boy. Their behavior suggested he was not the boy’s father. Then, British soldiers found that young Afghan men were actually trying to “touch and fondle them,” military investigator Anna Maria Cardinalli told me. “The soldiers didn’t understand.”

All of this was so disconcerting that the Defense Department hired Cardinalli, a social scientist, to examine this mystery. Her report, “Pashtun Sexuality,” startled not even one Afghan. But Western forces were shocked – and repulsed.

For centuries, Afghan men have taken boys, roughly 9 to 15 years old, as lovers. Some research suggests that half the Pashtun tribal members in Kandahar and other southern towns are bacha baz, the term for an older man with a boy lover. Literally it means “boy player.” The men like to boast about it.”Having a boy has become a custom for us,” Enayatullah, a 42-year-old in Baghlan province, told a Reuters reporter. “Whoever wants to show off should have a boy.”

Baghlan province is in the northeast, but Afghans say paedophilia is most prevalent among Pashtun men in the south. The Pashtun are Afghanistan’s most important tribe. For centuries, the nation’s leaders have been Pashtun.

President Hamid Karzai is Pashtun, from a village near Kandahar, and he has six brothers. So the natural question arises: Has anyone in the Karzai family been bacha baz? Two Afghans with close connections to the Karzai family told me they know that at least one family member and perhaps two were bacha baz. Afraid of retribution, both declined to be identified and would not be more specific for publication.

As for Karzai, an American who worked in and around his palace in an official capacity for many months told me that homosexual behavior “was rampant” among “soldiers and guys on the security detail. They talked about boys all the time.”

He added, “I didn’t see Karzai with anyone. He was in his palace most of the time.” He, too, declined to be identified.

In Kandahar, population about 500,000, and other towns, dance parties are a popular, often weekly, pastime. Young boys dress up as girls, wearing makeup and bells on their feet, and dance for a dozen or more leering middle-aged men who throw money at them and then take them home. A recent State Department report called “dancing boys” a “widespread, culturally sanctioned form of male rape.”

So, why are American and NATO forces fighting and dying to defend tens of thousands of proud pedophiles, certainly more per capita than any other place on Earth? And how did Afghanistan become the pedophilia capital of Asia?

Sociologists and anthropologists say the problem results from perverse interpretation of Islamic law. Women are simply unapproachable. Afghan men cannot talk to an unrelated woman until after proposing marriage. Before then, they can’t even look at a woman, except perhaps her feet. Otherwise she is covered, head to ankle.

“How can you fall in love if you can’t see her face,” 29-year-old Mohammed Daud told reporters. “We can see the boys, so we can tell which are beautiful.”

Even after marriage, many men keep their boys, suggesting a loveless life at home. A favored Afghan expression goes: “Women are for children, boys are for pleasure.” Fundamentalist imams, exaggerating a biblical passage on menstruation, teach that women are “unclean” and therefore distasteful. One married man even asked Cardinalli’s team “how his wife could become pregnant,” her report said. When that was explained, he “reacted with disgust” and asked, “How could one feel desire to be with a woman, who God has made unclean?”

That helps explain why women are hidden away – and stoned to death if they are perceived to have misbehaved. Islamic law also forbids homosexuality. But the paedophiles explain that away. It’s not homosexuality, they aver, because they aren’t in love with their boys.

Addressing the loathsome mistreatment of Afghan women remains a primary goal for coalition governments, as it should be.

But what about the boys, thousands upon thousands of little boys who are victims of serial rape over many years, destroying their lives – and Afghan society.

“There’s no issue more horrifying and more deserving of our attention than this,” Cardinalli said. “I’m continually haunted by what I saw.”
As one boy, in tow of a man he called “my lord,” told the Reuters reporter: “Once I grow up, I will be an owner, and I will have my own boys.”

Much like the Nazis of the Second World War era who installed themselves at every level of public office to control people’s lives and enrich themselves the Labour Party in Barking and Dagenham are now looking to infiltrate and control every corporate and public body in the borough. As there is no official opposition and with a local press very much in its pocket allegations of political corruption and criminality are on the increase.

One example of this high level corruption can be illustrated by the way Labour party members have taken control over previously Independent Tenants and Residents Associations. These TRAs have access to grants of tens of thousands of pounds of council and government money and can apply for lottery funding. These associations often unaccountable and opaque can be used to do fake deals and give back handers much in the same way as holding companies in the Caribbean are regularly used by dodgy politicians and businessmen. Open to abuse and corruption TRAs are now allegedly diverting money away from schemes or projects which benefit local people for enrichment of Labour party members and their associates. Darren Rodwell, a failed businessmen and now a councillor in Alibon Ward, is one such case where the system falls over. He took control of the TRA in Alibon Ward and has used money given to him by residents to finance activities that have benefited himself and a small segment of the Labour voting community. Darren is no stranger to enriching himself by acquiring titles and getting on the gravy train. He has in the past benefited from funding given from the United Against Fascism group a quasi terrorist organisation involved in street level violence and criminality. Rodwell is also employed by DABD UK another organisation which gets money from government sources. It has also recently been announced that Rodwell has become a Non executive director of Barking and Dagenham NHS. Not bad for a failed businessman. Most sitting Labour Councillors on Barking and Dagenham Council have no other declared sources of income apart from their councillors pay and claimed expenses. This includes Liam Smith the Council leader. These leaves Labour Councillors wide open to allegations that they are funding and enriching themselves and their families from the public purse.

As we know Blair and Brown both former leaders of the Labour party have been enmeshed in scandals where they have been accused of taking money from dodgy foreign businessmen and diverting public funds to fund the Labour party.

Four Israelis were killed in the West Bank, including a pregnant woman, and Palestinian crowds celebrated and congratulated themselves for the assassinations. This happened at the same time when Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is in the United States trying to reach a peace agreement.

We must remember that the Unbekannte Lebewessen who carried out the assassinations and those who celebrated in the streets live amongst us in the United Kingdom.

We did not say it. Tony Blair said it. The Labour leader that won the 1997 General Election for the Labour Party after 18 years of a Conservative Government openly described Brown as a disaster that led to the demise of the Labour Administration.

Now, at least two close allies of Gordon Brown – Ed Milliband and Ed Balls, two openly Brownites politians – are striving to become leaders of the Labour Party. One speaks like a man who is still chewing the food is his mouth and the other is known as a square headed bully who very seldom or never apologizes. Although the shortened version of their names is usually given to horses, the said shortened name would be in these cases more approppriate for mules. Before you get carried away, I must apologize to horses and mules, animals that - unlike Brown, Miliband and Balls – should not be accused of any wrongdoing.  

What do Ed Miliband and Balls want? They want to bring back Old Labour, the very same Old Labour Party totally dominated by Trade Unions run by bullies that were constantly threatening to paralize the country. On Wednesday, the delivery of the Labour ballots will begin.

In spite of the huge amount of money raised to finance charitable initiatives in poor countries, it’s as clear as mud how much of it really reaches the people that need it most.

Indeed it is suspected that many of these charities are not really transparent, and it has long been rumoured that more than a few of them spend a large part of their donations on salaries and expensive SUVs.

How much of this is true it’s hard to say, but recently the Charity Commission criticised African Aids Action for using donations to pay for a string of personal expenses, including over £800 on clothing and a trip on the London Eye.

The regulator published the result of its long-running inquiry into the charity, set up to build a pharmaceutical plant in Africa to produce cheap Aids drugs.

The inquiry opened in August 2008 following a complaint alleging that money raised by the charity had been used for the benefit of the family of Eyob Ghebre-Sellassie, the organisation’s chair and founder.

It found that in July 2008, money from the charity’s account was used by the chair to buy clothing, with payments on a debit card of £817.97 and £57.

Bank statements for the charity showed that funds had been used for a number of other expenses, including £29.99 at The Perfume Shop and £16.98 at Sports World. The charity’s money was also spent at McDonald’s restaurants, the Odeon cinema chain and the London Eye, it says.

The trustees explained that the clothing bill was for two suits that Ghebre-Sellassie would wear in a TV documentary.

“The purchase of suits for a trustee, even for use on charity business, is not a proper expense for a charity to pay,” the report says.

Ghebre-Sellassie said none of his expenses were personal and said that every company has expenses.

The inquiry states it was told that some payments were made for food, clothing and other benefits for people living with HIV, but trustees could not produce any evidence.

The report also states that it understands AAA is a small charity and “dependent on the goodwill and personal contributions of the individuals acting as trustees”.

The inquiry also found a number of inaccuracies in various annual accounts filed with the commission, including inconsistencies with the income reflected in the charity’s bank statements and those that were filed with the commission.

Both the report and Ghebre-Sellassie said the charity’s accountant disagreed with the commission on a number of points about the revised accounts the charity was asked to produce.

The inquiry also found that until August 2009, Ghebre-Sellassie was the only trustee whose appointment was registered at Companies House.

The charity’s governing document requires there be a minimum of two trustees, a requirement that the charity met during the inquiry.

The report sets out steps for trustees to follow so as to ensure they comply with legal duties, such as ensuring all financial records are kept in good order.

Ghebre-Sellassie said he did not need to follow the plan because the charity already did all the things it set out.

He said he would sue the commission for “deliberate negligence, defamation, discrimination, blackmail and mental torture”.

“The fact that so much taxpayers’ money has been wasted on investigating such a small charity is a complete joke,” he said.

Cases like this are common, but given the lack of control and supervision over the many thousands of charities and NGOs it’s not that surprising.

Of course I’m well aware that many volunteers are doing a marvelous job helping the poor people in developing countries, but unfortunately there are also many who use these charities as a way to line their pockets.

This is not just unfair to the many people who donate money but it’s also criminal because stealing money destined for the poor is one of the worst crimes that one can commit.

For that reason if the accusations against Eyob Ghebre-Sellassie are found to be true he should be kicked out of Britain and all his assets seized.

We all know that the establishment puts an enormous amount of effort into destroying the British National Party.

Thus far they have failed, but they will not give up.

We are the only party prepared to address issues that affect a large part of the electorate, one of these issues is housing.

Anyone on the waiting list for council accommodation is well aware that immigrants and asylum seekers are not only at the front of the queue but get the newest and best houses and flats.

The government has not only denied this, but accuses us of incitement to racial hatred for exposing a scandal that has been widely known for a long time.

it seems our efforts are beginning to pay off as the Daily Express reports that town hall chiefs will be given more freedom to put British-born families ahead of immigrants in the queue for council houses under new Government proposals to be unveiled this autumn.

Ministers want local authorities to ease the growing resentment among many white working class voters that newcomers are getting preferential treatment.

They want “local connections” to count in applications for social housing rather than handing out homes simply on the basis of need.

But the plan goes directly against multi-cultural equality programmes that were promoted under Labour, and it is likely to be resisted by many Labour-run councils.

Tory Housing Minister Grant Shapps yesterday acknowledged current rules for allocating social homes were breeding resentment.

He said: “It causes a great deal of concern and is very problematic for social cohesion when people find they aren’t provided with any preference when they are actually in the area they have lived in for a very long time.”

He said councils will be expected to take into account “the desire of local people” when drawing up their housing policies.

Mr Shapps added: “We plan to provide more flexibility to local authorities to judge the proper criteria for the waiting list. Apart from a limited number of prescribed cases — homelessness, for example — there should be the flexibility to write your own housing allocation criteria.”

Resentment over council housing is credited with boosting support in deprived areas for ‘extreme-Right’ organisations such as the British National Party. Recent research suggests that more than one in 10 of the country’s 3.5 million social homes goes to immigrants.

And more than £230million of taxpayers’ money is spent every year providing homes for asylum seekers. Under present rules, councils are expected to allocate council houses on the basis of need. The result is that the homeless, the elderly and families with many children living in cramped conditions tend to come first.

This means that immigrant families, which are frequently larger than their British-born counterparts may take precedence in the queue.

Around five million applicants across the country are currently on the waiting list. The rules state that immigrants must be settled in the UK, or come from an EU country to qualify for housing.
Councillor Edward Lister, Conservative leader of Wandsworth Council in south London said: “If the housing allocation rules are going to be changed, we would welcome that. We want to give a measure of priority to local residents. It builds stability in the community and keeps families together.”

We will wait to see if this proposal becomes law as this coalition government cannot be trusted to return all five of your fingers if you shake hands with them.

There is no doubt that a change in the criteria for allocation of council accommodation is long overdue.

Even if (a bloody big if) there is a sensible case for mass immigration, it doesn’t mean that these newcomers should get council housing as this undermines the weak argument about the (supposedly) economic benefit of mass immigration.

It is not a coincidence that the present and previous governments, rather than trying to defend the indefensible, denied that such discrimination was taking place and accused us of telling lies.

Unfortunately for them the huge number of indigenous Britons on the waiting list for housing means there are the same number of potential BNP supporters, and no amount of smear campaigns will convince the people they can trust the Lib Con alliance. This is why Labour Barking MP Margaret Hodge, a couple of months ago who told BNP activists to “pack up and leave”, wrote an article in the Daily Telegraph claiming that the ‘far-right’ can be defeated for good only if long term residents get priority in the assigning of council houses and benefits.
Hmmmmmm, I think she knows her goose is cooked if this “local connection” law is not passed.

None other than Peter Mandelson raised the alert about the return to Rabies Labour characterized by Clause Four Block Voting. Those who were around when Tony Blair was trying to get Labour elected remember the efforts of John Prescott as mediator to get rid of Clause Four, a mechanism that ensured that Trade Union leaders could exercise unlimited power to force workers to go on strike.

The danger is all too real. In the public sector – before budget cuts – trade union membership is still about 57%. A return to Old Labour could literally paralize the public sector. Such state of affairs would literally bring Britain to a state of total collapse at a time when the foreseen cuts are considered to be the only way to maintain Britain’s financial stability.

City experts have said that public debt bonds are already oversubscribed and any doubts about Britain’s capability to honour payments of its public debt would lead to loss of credibility similar to the loss of credibility suffered by countries like Greece.

Perhaps the remarks of the Deputy Governor of the Bank of England Charles Bean regarding the will of the Bank of England to use ’all its powers’ in case of yet another financial crisis have been very appropriate considering the circumstances that Trade Union MadDogs could create.

As the prices of family daily food shopping baskets rise and rise amid fears of hundreds of thousands of job losses, the Deputy Governor of the Bank of England, Charles Bean,  indicates that the institution will use ‘all powers’ if there is another banking crisis.

The ‘printing money’ process known as quatitative easing will continue despite the danger of a boomerang effect regarding the parities of the pound compared to other currencies. The value of the pound is a sensitive issue since the cost of energy related inputs rises when the pound goes down.

When many of the big players are already state owned, one wonders about what the said ‘all powers’ would do should there be another financial crisis, especially taking into account that from October 2010 we will see the implementation of budget cuts that in some cases will be of not less than 40 per cent. This time it will be the Treasury that will need additional ‘quantitative easing’ to keep jobs in the public sector.

The British Government would feel the temptation of applying a recipe used by some English Kings of ‘cutting down the gold content of coins’ to pretend that they had more money available than they actually had.

Right at the beginning of Ramadan, Pakistani criket players stand accused of ‘selling themselves’ by fooling around with balls. Since the Koranic Justice dictates about ’cutting body parts’ sentences, I wonder what would be in place when cricket players are linked to dubious affairs involving balls.

If the accusations are proven to be true, what does this tell you about individuals who seem to be completely oblivious to the sufferings of their own people affected by floods, hunger and illnesses?

What to say then about the spitting Pakistani camels living in East London and those who go around beating journalists for trying to investigate electoral fraud? Are they true Muslims? Do they all belong to the same Club?

I don’t think this kind of people do Pakistan any favours and the Pakistani Community in Britain should strive to clean up its act by getting rid of the scumbags that are putting lives in danger.

It was reported today that Russian Akula Class Submarines have been tracking British Vanguard Submarines operating from the British Naval Base in Faslane. Senior British Naval Officers fear that should the Russian Akula Submarines manage to record the acoustic signature of the Vanguard Submarines the British Nuclear Deterrent will be finished since British Submarines would be detected before they even try to launch Trident D4 nuclear missiles.

The entire Defence Structure of the UK is in doubt given projected cuts of not less than 40% and this would include Nuclear Installations in Scotland.

The Faslane Base is guarded by just 500 Marines and is notorious for cases of vandalism and breaches of the peace, drink and drug offences, serious and petty assaults, extortion and sexual crimes, all of which are the tells signs of dangerous levels of lack of discipline and professionalism.

There are also serious technical issues in terms of security and operability with rising levels of radioactive leaks. It was reported that only one of four nuclear submarines is fully operational, two have shown mechanical failures and the status of the remaining one is unknown after collisions in the English Channel and in the Red Sea.

There must be something wrong with Trevor Phillips, the Guyana-born chief of the EHRC.

First he started legal action against the British National Party because our constitution didn’t allow non-whites to become members and forced us to change this.

Never mind that there is a principle called freedom of association, a basic human right that give individuals free choice to whom they choose to associate with, but we all know this was just an excuse for the establishment to destroy us (and by the way, how many blacks and Asians would join anyway?).

However even this was not enough, and now Herr Phillips is threatening to jail BNP Chairman Nick Griffin for contempt of court because some parts of our political programme may indirectly discriminate against minorities.

But just like a drug addict needing stronger stuff to stay high, Phillips needs to find new targets to satisfy his thirst for power.

Apparently the EHRC said it was considering whether to take the Treasury to court.

The quango said it feared Chancellor George Osborne had not investigated the impact of his Budget on vulnerable groups – such as women, the elderly, the disabled and ethnic minorities – as legally required.

The Treasury is also facing legal action from women’s rights group the Fawcett Society, which says ministers took no account of the Budget’s effect on women.

It comes a day after the Institute for Fiscal Studies, a highly respected think-tank, said Mr Osborne’s financial changes were ‘clearly regressive’, hitting the poor and families with children hardest.

This contradicts official claims from the Chancellor and his Lib Dem allies that the budget was ‘fair’ and ‘progressive’.

Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg, facing increasing clamour from his Lib Dem backbenchers, was forced to defend the Budget.

‘This IFS analysis is by definition partial,’ he said. ‘It does not include the things we want to do to get people off benefits and into work.’

Mr Clegg, whose personal and party poll ratings have fallen through the floor in recent weeks, said the Government’s plans also included a pupil premium to improve education opportunities for poorer children and further changes to the tax system.

But Mike Hancock, Lib Dem MP for Portsmouth South, said: ‘We didn’t sign up for a Coalition that was going to hurt the poorest people in society, and I certainly didn’t get elected to do that ever.’

He said that unless Mr Clegg came up with a good answer to the IFS report, there would be a ‘very sticky’ upcoming Lib Dem party conference and serious thinking by members generally’.

The Equalities and Human Rights Commission said one option being considered was applying for a judicial review into the Budget, while another was sending in a hit squad to work with Treasury civil servants on equality issues.

Neil Kinghan, the quango’s chief executive, said equalities legislation was ‘not designed to prevent reductions in public expenditure’, adding: ‘Its role, and the commission’s role, is to ensure fairness is at the heart of decisions.’

He said the commission had asked the Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Danny Alexander, for assurances, but had received no response.

Asked on the BBC’s Today show if an equality impact assessment had been carried out, Treasury minister Mark Hoban declined to comment.

Labour leadership contender David Miliband said: ‘This report reveals George Osborne’s Budget was soft on the banks, hard on the poor.’

Shadow Chancellor Alistair Darling said: ‘Nick Clegg is talking nonsense. He might think he can take his party for fools, but the British public can see all too clearly that there’s nothing fair about this Coalition.’

Now there is a lot to be said against the budget even if some bits, like the reform of the benefit system, should be supported because there are too many scroungers living on benefits rather than looking for a job, but this is not the point.

Whatever you think of this coalition the fact is that an unelected and unaccountable quango shouldn’t be allowed to interfere in government policies and tell elected politicians what he/she should or shouldn’t do.

And by the way since when did Trevor Phillips become concerned about the plight of the poor?

The only thing he cares about is turning Britain in a third world hell-hole and use (or better abuse) his power to harass and prosecute any organization which dares stand up for the interests of indigenous Britons.

Maybe George Osborne should follow the suggestion made by Spiked, an online magazine run by far-left Jewish.

In spite of their hatred for the BNP they were outspoken in condemning the legal action taken against us by the EHRC as they saw not only an unacceptable violation of a basic human right but the introduction of fascism by the back door.

“They first come to the ‘racists’” was the warning that politicians in Westminster decided to ignore and now Mr Phillips is coming to them.

The Trade Union movement financially fed by the former Labour government is now threatening to withdraw financial support provided to the Labour Party if the Labour Party elects the Leader that they do not want.

It is short of putting somebody into concrete shoes and throwing the person into a river – one of the classic methods of the Maffia. This sort of blackmail will continue until somebody has the guts to destroy the link between Political Parties and Trade Unions. Political parties should be financed by its members and Trade Unions should support their members without getting involved in party political activities.

The link between Trade Unions and Political Parties transforms the legislation designed to regulate monies invested in political activities into a mockery. I personally asked the Electoral Commision in 2004 about the limits in terms of monies invested in political campaigning. The answers provided showed that legal regulations in this regard are an absolute shambles.

What about UAF? What about UNITE? What about the RMT? What about all the other organizations and inviduals that use charity status, donations and active campaigning to prop up the Labour Party? Are they covered by Electoral Regulations? The Welfare System  and the so called legislation for the development of Trade Union were used for political campaigning and to provide funds for the Labour Party. I would call this FRAUD with capital letters. What would you call it?

You might believe that Queen Elizabeth II is also the Head of State of Canada. Well, she isn’t! In reality she is not the Head of State of a country whose citizens lost their lives fighting for Britain in two World Wars and other conflicts. Or is She? Well, given the way Britain treats Canadian citizens, she shouldn’t be.

An elderly gentleman who came to Britain in 1963, got married and raised his children in England where he worked for more than 40 years  and had a company employing British citizens, was treated worse than one of the enrichers that come to Britain to live at the expense of British taxpayers.

Some weeks ago, a member of his family in Canada had to undergo cancer treatment and he went to Canada for obvious reasons. When he came back to London, he was told that he no longer had the right to live in the United Kingdom.

A Canadian lady went to the Home Office to renew her visa and she was told that she had to pay not less than 500 pound (basically almost 600) to have a stamp on her passport and that after paying she had to wait not less than six weeks for the said stamp.

After these lovely experiences, I am sure that these two Canadians will have plenty to tell their friends and relatives about what a wonderful country Britain is.

When they mention the figures – not less than 25 billion pound – you might end up thinking that the discussion is about a huge enterprise, a sort of Star Wars defense system. The reality is quite the opposite. Britain has four – yes, four – nuclear submarines of which one is totally operational,  two have some ’mechanical faults’ and the remaining-one status is in doubt.

The entire debate in Parliament, under Tony Blair, was about options and some of the options were to scrap Trident altogether, to keep Trident with three submarines instead of four with British made missiles or to keep the submarines, but use American made missiles. Whatever the options, we must add the time necessary to gather capital, manpower and expertise.

Cuts in the Defense Budget aim at achieving two major objetives: 1) to balance the books of the entire public administration and 2) to save the money that will be needed to replace Trident. This means cutting down budgets of the Air Force, the Navy and the Army. Whenever they talk about cuts, they mention aircraft carriers being built that – for starters – could only be equipped with outdated aircraft because they started building the aircraft carriers without thinking about the kind of aircraft they are going to be using. So the Navy will end up having brand new aircraft carriers with outdated aircraft or no new aircraft carriers. I am sure you are getting the picture.

Iraq and Afghanistan showed that Britain no longer has the necessary aircraft capability and Britain’s aircraft capability is going to be massively reduced in coming years. It might sound farfetched but if military capability is reduced even further Britain will not even have the power to respond in a small scale conflict in the South Atlantic.

The Conservatives started the efforts to reduce British military capability with things like the so called  ’amalgamation’ and ’mothballing’. In 1982, Britain was scarcely ready to face combat and had not been for the Harriers… Under Gordon Brown the dismantling process continued and faced with an enquiry Gordon Brown publicly stated that ‘he had not provided the exact figures’. Liam Fox has now the task of keeping whatever can be kept given the dire state of British finances.

What is a country? A country are people who identify themselves as one Nation. They definitely need a territory to guarantee their most fundamental rights. Putting aside financial mismanagement and corruption of past administrations, what the previous administration did was to ensure the deletion of national borders in legal terms.

So now, hundreds of Britons are forcibly sent abroad at the request of foreign governments that have no obligation to explain why British citizens are being taken away and put on trial in foreign lands. As if flood immigration that totally destroys social cohesion was not enough, David Blunkett and its Labour acolytes sold the rights of British citizens.

The boundaries between what is national and what is international are blurred and immigration laws that seem to have been created by people taken from an asylum for mental patients are being applied.

America or any country of the European Union can take away British citizens without evidence of wrongdoing. If Turkey was allowed to join the European Union, anybody opposing the Muslim takeover of Britain could end up being extradited to Turkey and find himself in a Muslim Court.
