A few days after Trevor Phillips, the Guyana-born fat cat in charge of the EHRC, started a legal action against the British National Party for our whites-only’ membership rule, it came to our attention that some ethnic minorities’ staff working for the equality body were asked to join the BNP in order to prove that our party discriminate against blacks and asians.

Someone working at the EHRC wrote to BNP central office and blew the whistle, because of that the party had to stop accepting new members, a move that is costing us dear in term of lost revenue.

‘The Daily Telegraph’ quickly stepped in saying this was a lie but the Sunday Times wrote an article confirming the existence of the sting:

Apparently some senior staff refused to carry out this plan for fear of “reprisal” from BNP members!!!!!.

Why they didn’t contact the Police if they were in fear of being assaulted, or possibly might be badgered into becoming involved in an attempt to subvert the democratic system we have in our country is not clear, after all the establishment always find ways to harass and persecute anyone belonging to the BNP.

Notice how well written and balanced it is, and also portrays the BNP in a positive light.

Nationalists should be delighted but the fact is that this article should be read with suspicion, given that Rupert Murdoch has nothing but hatred for the BNP.

So what is going on?

One possibility is that Mr Phillips is facing an onslaught from the Jewish community.

When the EHRC started the legal action against the BNP, the only criticism came from the ‘Jewish Chronicle’ and Spiked, an online magazine.

The Jewish establishment fears that if the BNP is forced to open its membership to non-whites, Jewish organizations will be forced to accept non-Jewish.

If this is the case Trevor Phillips’ days as the head of the equality quango are numbered and his career is over.

Of course no one will shed a tear for the arrogant, talentless marxist who used the race card to get the top job and enrich himself at the expense of taxpayers.

It’s no secret that many in the Conservative party want to abolish the quango and oddly, his decision to prosecute the BNP, may make this more likely.

Some right-wing commentators expressed concern that a BNP with blacks and asian members will be almost impossible to smear as the ‘racist’ tag will not apply anymore and therefore the new PM David Cameron will have to deal with a more powerful and popular BNP.

I recall some of them calling Mr Phillips an idiot.

Whatever the truth, we are living in interesting times

As Trevor Phillips is bullying The British National Party into accepting non-white  members, criticism of his behaviour comes from an unlikely source.

The anti-BNP ‘Jewish Chronicle’ (JC) published an article attacking the EHRC’s move, and not only because it created a win-win situation for the Party.

After underlining the double standards of the EHRC it states!

“Ah!!!, explained an academic colleague, (far more sympathetically inclined than I am towards the EHRC) the Sikh and Muslim Police Associations discriminate for membership purposes on religious, not racial grounds.”

I wonder. After all — as we were reminded in the recent JFS case — Sikhs have been declared to be, in law, an ethnic group, like Jews. The NBPA and its affiliates are racial entities, and my friend agreed with me that the timing of the EHRC’s action against the BNP is also suspect.

The British Nati0nal Party has been around since 1982, the EHRC since 2007, while its predecessor body, the Commission for Racial Equality, dates from 1976, so the question arises. Why wait until now to move against the BNP and its works?

Well, the EHRC has been astonishingly frank in answering this question. A spokesperson explained that what had triggered its action had been the BNP’s recent electoral successes, and the fact that it now boasts two MEPs.

This strikes me as incredibly stupid on the part of the leadership of the EHRC ( Trevor Stalin).

Then it concludes!!!

If the injunction is granted, it might well result in the BNP leadership being carted off to the local nick, the result?

More useful publicity for the BNP, who we  are sure will play the martyr card in the run-up to the next General Election.

If the BNP changes its membership rules, this can only result in more members, thus (albeit perversely) boosting its membership and its right to media time at that election.

If the injunction is refused, or successfully appealed against, the EHRC will have become a national laughing-stock.

Either of these scenarios must be of concern to British Jewry. But there is another dimension that must concern us. The JFS case is due to come before the House of Lords next month. The Jewish Board of Deputies has promised to intervene as a “friend of the court”, to give guidance on “who is a Jew”.

If the EHRC has seen fit to move against the BNP, and it is to avoid  further charges of double-standards, it must surely then intervene in the JFS case, must it not?

The case referred to, is the prosecution of a Jewish Orthodox school because it has a Jewish-only admission policy.
The JC rightly fear that if the BNP is forced to change its membership criteria, then Jewish schools will be forced to accept non-Jews, including Muslims.
It would be interesting to know how Jewish organizations, so keen to support smear campaigns against us, will react now that the PC  nonsense they helped to create is backfiring on them.
Of course, if they wish to help us to win this case they are more than welcome, this party is not anti-semitic and we would be more than happy to work together with anyone who is interested in stopping this stupid and illiberal case.
