I apologise for the lateness of this piece, but the video has just come to my attention.
I give you an example of the depth to which our supposed ‘justice’ system has fallen. It behoves me to present for your disgust, a travesty of so called ‘justice’ for a BNP activist, Peter Tierney.
Liverpool BNP
British National Party Liverpool super activist Peter Tierney has been found guilty of “attacking” a Communist Party front organisation member by a Liverpool Court despite clear CCTV footage showing the leftist thug starting the physical confrontation.
Mr Tierney was part of a group of BNP supporters who were handing out leaflets on St George’s Day in the Liverpool city centre this year.
The BNP group had had decided to leave the St John’s Gardens area after the arrival of the far leftists precisely because they wished to avoid a confrontation.
The CCTV footage, which was submitted in court, clearly showed that the protagonist, one Nicholas Barnett, was the one to first start the physical attack.
Mr Tierney stepped in to defend the BNP activists so attacked, one of whom was carrying a board and unable to properly defend himself.
It was this act of self defence for which the Liverpool Court has now found Mr Tierney guilty.
The CCTV video has been released for the public to decide for themselves and can be viewed below.
The far leftist assault starts at 0.49 into the video clip, where the thug Barnett (in the white shirt) can be seen storming the BNP group from the left hand side.
The next few seconds shows Mr Tierney defending the group from the assault.
Astonishingly, the thug Barnett, a member of the openly violent “Merseyside Coalition against Racism and Fascism” admitted in court that he had stormed the group but claimed he was “just running past them.”
The thug Barnett claimed in court that the reason why he had “run past” the BNP group was to “get ahead of them to hand out leaflets,” but the CCTV footage clearly shows that he was carrying no leaflets when he made his charge.
It is still unknown why the court failed to take this obvious lie into account.
Last night Mr Tierney said he was still considering his options and that an appeal was the most likely course of action, given the CCTV evidence which the court had ignored.
We could spend the entire budget building prisons, following hundreds of thousands of individuals, putting television cameras and microphones in every nook and cranny of this country and we still wouldn’t solve the problems created and promoted by political correctness.
The Police authorities issued a report – yet another report – telling us exactly what is happening in our cities and towns and the political correctness establishment does not take any notice of it. So when Richard Barnbrook rises in the London Assembly and mentions the report what does the London Mayor do? He implicitly refutes the findings of the report and accuses Richard of racism.
The clowny behaviour of the London Mayor does not wipe out the tears of families who have lost their loved ones because of the tribal violence and gang violence that is spreading like wildfire. We learn that now, even eight year old children are joining armed gangs, and they are becoming the new untouchables!
When we criticize the policies that are destroying this country, they call us nazis and fascists. When we talk about solving crime, they call us racists. In the meantime, we have to put up with the stupidity while we struggle to survive. Another day, another stabbing, another mugging, another murder, financial crisis, mortgage market collapse, repossessions rising, imprisonment without trial extended and what do we see? Millions clinging to the sinking Titanic of political correctness.
Next time you go around asking your relatives to lend you money or are forced to use your credit card to pay your mortgage and your bills, next time you have to struggle to put food on the table, next time you cannot get medical treatment on the NHS, next time you see your relatives and friends killed, think about the British National Party.
We shouldn’t buy abroad what we ourselves can produce creating jobs in Britain. When those jobs are created we are not going to give them to illegal immigrants. Thanks to more jobs in Britain there will be more money to pay for schools, to pay for healthcare, and to build decent communities with decent families and decent communities and decent families are very much part of the solution to curb crime.
When Sir Paul Condon, then Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police said – and this is on record – that most muggings in London were predominantly committed by black people, was he racist? When a recent report presented by Police authorities in London says that about 91 per cent of attacks are perpetrated by Black peoples and that the victims of most of these attacks are Black peoples themselves, are the Police authorities racists?
But let’s take it to another level and ask the question. Are the British media that report about the crimes committed by Black Africans in Zimbabwe against Black Africans in Zimbabwe racist? Are we racist when we report about Black people from Mozambique and from Zimbabwe being attacked in South Africa? I was lost for words when Boris Johnson accused Richard Barnbrook of being racist when all Richard Barnbrook did was to mention the Police authorities report about crime by stating very clearly that the Black community in London is terrified because of the actions of Black criminals.
All Richard Barnbrook did was to ask the London Mayor what actions are going to be taken to protect the Black community in London. Trying to protect the Black community in London, Richard Barnbrook expressed what are well known and genuine fears expressed by the Black community itself.
So here you have the politically correct establishment accusing us of racism when we are trying to protect the Black community. The situation is such and communities are so afraid of crime that the Secretary for Justice Jack Straw MP is promoting the idea of hiding the identity of witnesses to allow witnesses to come forward and to give evidence against the criminals that live inside their communities.
We have many examples, but since we cannot mention them all let’s remember the Black teenager in South East london that was fatally shot in his own bed by a Black gang. Are we inventing things? Is the Metropolitan Police inventing things? As I am writing this article I hear the television report reminding me about a Polish nurse that was caught up in crossfire and fatally shot in the head during a dispute between two Black teenagers. Are we inventing things?
The mainstream parties are paying lip service to the Black community, using the Black community for political purposes, when we all know that in the last twenty-nine years – to say the least – they have very well known about the ghettos in which Black families live in extremely poor conditions. Eight out of ten Black families are one parent families so it is no wonder that at one point the statistics indicated that eight out of ten Black boys were unemployed after being school underperformers.
And what does the Government do to help? The government’s way of helping is to threaten 67 schools in London with closure. They know schools are over populated by youngsters that come from broken families and broken communities. So punishing them by closing schools that are the only opportunity youngsters have to get out of poverty is not the answer. And they call us racists? For Goodness Sake!
As Richard Barnbrook very well pointed out, acting as a BNP Councillor and now as a duly elected Member of the London Assembly, we are standing for all honest, hardworking and well intentioned Londoners and we are not going to be deterred by some politically correct hypocrites who are using immigrants and minorities for political purposes.
What if I asked what working class white Londoners are supposed to do, if they don’t like mass immigration into London? Would it be racist for a zealous black New Labour fan, to tell me that I should leave London if I don’t like diversity for the sake of diversity?
In a strange way, perhaps Mr McGrath should have resigned after all, because there is no way we in the BNP would have entertained such an absurd line of questioning. As a matter of fact, we would have turned the tables completly.
Is it not racist to assume that older Caribbean migrants would return to their home countries over a Tory mayor who has no race policies?
Is Marc Wadsworth (the ‘hack’ who questioned James) of the view that if we had a central government with no policies on race, that migrants would go home in their droves? It appears to be if one reads his article over at:
This particular paragraph is quite telling and dissapointing :
“Him, a guy from a country where Black people are the ‘Aboriginal’ indigenous nation who are stereotyped by the white colonisers as social security scrounging drunks, and me a confident, British-born Black activist and news media operator with a reasonable track record. I told him a little bit about my news media and campaigning background, including as a reporter/presenter at Thames Television and as the sort of ‘spin doctor’ and political facilitator for the Stephen Lawrence cause célèbre.”
I really don’t believe what I’m a reading. Only in Britain can someone make a remark that borders on racist about a white person AND get that white person out of a job!
If anything, the-latest.com should never have published such an article, if it contained a slur against white Australians.
Also, if Marc Wadsworth really gave a stuff about community relations between whites & blacks then he would have ensured that his articles had all instances of both the words “black” and “white” either capitalised or in lower case and not just having “Black” capitalised and “white” in lower case.
It’s not something he did by mistake, he’s done it in two articles now:
Over and over as you read Marc’s main article, you’ll ask yourself the same question. Why is it not racist to pursue and have policies for the benefit of blacks but it suddenly is if we are talking about whites?
